I booked tickets for my entire family from Frankfurt to Jeddah. The flight was cancelled at the last moment. The airline confirmed that the refund was processed, but Flight Network created an email/account for the booking and refuses to give me access to it. Because of this, I cannot access or receive my own refund money.
For more than 6 months they have been wasting my time, pushing me back and forth between the airline and their support team. The airline says the money was refunded, while Flight Network keeps avoiding responsibility and refuses to help properly.
And today I received another email from Flight Network saying:
“We are unable to assist with your cancellation request because we are unable to access your reservation anymore… Please contact Wizz Airlines.”
This is unbelievable. After taking customers’ money, they simply close the conversation and tell customers to deal with the airline themselves.
This feels like theft. They took my money and left my family struggling without any real support or solution.
Customer service is extremely poor, communication is terrible, and nobody takes responsibility. I would strongly advise everyone:
NEVER trust Flight Network.
Be very careful before booking with them.
In my experience, this company is a complete scam.
