I write this compliant for my Daughter and her friend. My name is Anna Younas.

We were flying from Perth, Western Australia for the Concert to Melbourne, Victoria, only for two nights. I am traveling with my girlfriend for the concert which was for the 1st of December 2023. Unfortunately, last week we were all advised that the Concert "The Weekend" has now been cancelled Australia & NZ wide and that the concert will be rescheduled with new future dates.

This has been very disappointing and not our fault. Accordingly, we purchased flights to confirm our attendance to the Concert. In the meantime, our concert tickets have now also been fully refunded. We are fulltime Students and have saved a lot of money for this special time and cannot afford to lose these funds to then not able to attend the rescheduled concert etc.

We have called the Flight Centre & Virgin for a solution with no result. They advised us that we cannot receive a full refund, only receive a credit for flights with fees attached and credit vouchers for these flights need to be completed by the 3rd of March 2024.

This makes it very difficult as no Concert dates have been rescheduled at present. We run the risk of losing the credit flights if we do not complete the flights by the 3rd of March 2024. Also, we are not in the position to go to Melbourne twice, as we are fulltime Students.

I understand Flight Centre's Policy that is in place, but I am asking if you could please consider a full refund, no fees and/or extending the completion date of the flights with an appropriate time frame of 12 months to complete these credit flights.

I have attached Documents of the cancellation Concert.

Claimed loss: Flights paid approximately $1000.00 each.

Desired outcome: As follows;1. Full Refund of Flights would be the best outcome.2. No Fees attached on changes.3. And/or extend completion date of flights for 12 months from 30th November 2023 of our departure date.
