Purchased two Flexsteel Leather recliners from Hudson's Furniture 24 months ago. The pillow on the headrest of the recliners collapsed shortly after they were purchased, and veins formed in the leather. The leather in those veins began to fall out and looks nasty. Flexsteel and Hudson's Furniture were contacted and neither company would help us. They offered to put us in contact with a leather repair company at our expense.

Most of Flexsteel is highend. However thier "Lattitude" leather line is imported. This is why Flexsteel warranties state only a few yrs warranty on Lattitude. In other words you get what your pay for with them. Thier warranty covers everything on the USA made furniture. If you have a made in USA piece and are having trouble with thier dealer then contact Flexsteel personally. They will take care of it if under warranty.
