Flagstar Bank - 44691 Mound Road, Sterling Heights, MI 48314
The ATM machine is so dirty that the screen is unreadable at times and built high up for taller trucks. The screen for lower vehicles never works properly.
The staff inside are not friendly. I went inside after several attempts to make a deposit with the failed ATM and was told to wait. I told them I was on a work break and just needed to make a deposit. The person that 'greeted' me was harsh and unfriendly and said I would have to wait my turn and she when into an office and got on the computer. There were two others with clients discussing options and time was ticking.
I asked the 'greeter' if she could take my deposit due to the ATM not working and she said ' we have no control here and with what's happening with the machine and told me to wait my turn' and again walked away (unfriendly).
This is poor management, poor attitude and character and down right unacceptable.
I will be moving my deposits out to another institution. This is one out of many problems I've had with this bank and I do not recommend Flagstar Bank to anyone.
Recommendation: Don't put your hard earned money with Flagstar.
