After the Farmington location reopened, I went in and cancelled my membership. I did not want to chance exposure to the Covid19 virus.

The following week I received a billing for a monthly charge plus a annual renewal charge of $39.00.

I can't get anyone on the phone:the mailbox is full.

Looking for a refund of services NOT provided
