Just letting you know... Santa Barbara is a small town and you will not survive here by luring people in on a lie.
I can't believe you would email me and offer me a membership for $9.99 that only costs $9.99 to join, and then add $49 when I show up.
Your email encouraged me to look at a youtube video of what I can expect to get from the gym. But when I go to sign up I find out that the offer doesn't include any amenities like tanning, classes, massage chair... the very things that were highlighted in the video you encouraged me to watch after offering me a $9.99 monthly membership.
This way of doing business is deceitful. It is also fraud. I do not say this lightly, I have a law degree. Good luck, Santa Barbara is really picky and business doesn't last here. You will not survive.
Also, the sales guy we were dealing needs some work on his presentation. He starts talking about pack prices and we had no idea what he was talking about. When we finally told him we didn't want personal training he just stood up and walked away like "i'm outta here, [censored]es". Your staff and business model are a joke. Unless you are prepared to honor the offer you made to me via email I will never join your gym. You offered me a full membership at $9.99 a month, for a down payment of $9.99.
BTW a quick google search shows the numerous problems your company is dealing with.
If you plan on honoring your extremely misleading offer you can contact me at [protected]@thynelaw.com.
