I first tried Firstleaf after seeing an advertisement on Facebook. I thought it would be a great way to try new wines, but I was unfortunately very disappointed. The wines I received were not at all what I was expecting. They tasted terrible and I couldn't even finish the bottle.

When I tried to return the wine, I was met with resistance from customer service. They told me that they do not accept returns and I was stuck with the terrible wine. This is not fair and it really put a bad taste in my mouth about Firstleaf.

Overall, I would not recommend Firstleaf to anyone looking for a good glass of wine. The selection is subpar and the customer service is terrible. Save your money and find a better company to buy wine from.
