They are saying I owe debt that has been paid to hospital two times! But I already sent them a check! And now they want another check for the same debt! It keeps hurting my credit score.

It's really exhausting to keep receiving collection notices for a business that has been sold and moved to a new address. We've called, my lawyer has called... it's so frustrating that they can't seem to update their records about a business that no longer uses the address the post office gave us. How many times do we have to tell them? I'm so done dealing with them and their incompetence.

First Collection Services has been putting a collection on my credit for over three years. There is a zero balance and the account was never in collection with them. I paid this bill directly to Conway Corp. They are constantly trying to damage my credit by reporting a paid bill! It has been disputed and removed 6 times. After showing proof that the bill was paid, they actually went in and changed the date that they first reported it. But regardless, the bill was never paid to them! They have no right to report a collections on a bill that was never in collections! I want this removed from my credit once and for all!

Incorrect Information bein reported due to Identity Theft. In the process of pullin my credit reports to start fixin things, I noticed that there were accounts of all kinds on my report that did not belong to me. After further lookin into it, it came across that there is another person usin my information over the course of the last 12 years. I filed a report with my local law enforcement for fraud and Identity theft. I contacted the credit bureaus to have this information corrected and was unsuccessful. I am now contactin creditors that hold the accounts and still not gettin anywhere. I was advised to file a complaint, so here I am. Account Number : XXXXXXXX collection on behalf of *** in the amount of $554.00.

This company only sent me 2 letters of collection. They said they tried to call me but they didn't leave any voicemails. FCS took over my bill from Collom and Carney in March. They didn't tell me I have to make $25 a month payments for them NOT to report this as an unpaid collection item on my credit report. I did contact the company in May trying to settle for a lesser amount they wouldn't accept, telling me that was insurance fraud. All this time I made $20.00 payments each month on or about the 17-19th. I've tried to talk to the supervisor ***, she won't return my calls. My credit score took a 100 point hit. I find their way of business to be shameful. I'm a lender at a bank myself, we don't treat customers this way. Especially when they do try to pay their debts. I have rights under the fair credit reporting act, this was unfair treatment along with unfair reporting. I did tell the company in one call that I could only make the $20.00 payment due to helping my parents, because they lost some income due to Covid-19. I am a single mom, trying to raise a daughter, pay my bills and help my parents, they should have some leniency through such a difficult financial time as we are facing now.
