Omni Recovery Service of Alabama, Inc. took my stuff from my car! The dude who took it tried to fight me when I caught him wearing my stuff! I called the cops and got a report, and now I'm taking them to court. The lady at the front desk was super mean.

I can't believe how hard it is to get my stuff back from Omni Recovery Service of Alabama, Inc. My car got took away on Tuesday or Wednesday and I've been trying to reach them every day since then. I need my baby's Christmas stuff, car seat, and a bunch of important papers that are in there. I left messages, called a bunch of times, and even filled out the form on their website, but nobody's getting back to me. It's really frustrating and I don't know what else to do.
