AmSher Collection Services collections

there incorrect ive asked for proof of the acct by providing the orginal documentation so i can see where and how i owe 1000 exactly to t-mobil they have not produced or removed the acct from my credit reports at this detrimental beginning stages of starting an llc on an already behind credit score like any time ive disputed it would take at least a month now all the sudden they just not even bothering to read my statements i mean nothing else can explain why all the sudden there collections dept are now being denied within a week on all three of my credit reports

Desired outcome: 67000 id just pay the 1000 if it was correct but im sry im not just going tp hand someone a thousand dollars because u say i owe it show me my contracts and bill

AmSher Collection Services I would like to have this error made moved off my credit report.

I am filling a dispute and complaint report against T-Mobile/2 collection companies in re: to my account for ph#[protected]! I moved to Show Low, AZ in April of 2022. There was no T-Mobile at [protected]. I spoke with a rep I do not recall the name trying to locate it he was with the billing dept. He was to the one who worked on closing my account, he said I was paid up on a final bill going forward the month of 4/2022, and the next month's bill that was due. I paid it off and closed account T-Mobile rep was professional he helped me port it over to Verizon. My concern there was no bills going forward he update the address. I asked to confirm again if any further bills or final bills he said "NO" I am current and paid going forward for the following months bill. On 10/15/2022 I saw a a report come up from AMSHER Collections at, 4524 SOUTHLAKE PARKWAY, HOOVER, AL [protected]. re: a T-Mobile bill for $103.00. I attempted to call Amsher spoke with Celia who would not assist; she continued to interrupt me. T-Mobile reported this in error for $103.00; and no one notified me. In April of 2022 the rep with billing closed my account. I moved to an area that had no towers for T-Mobile. The rep at the time told me my account will closed I paid the currents month bill and the final bill. I want this taken off my credit going forward this is not okay to do. The rep never updated my new address the collections or no one notified me. I saw this on my credit report on 10/14/2022. I did pay off the balance left owing.

I asked about how this occurred and explained what happen with T-Mobile it now was reported to the Pay Seconds Attorney said they do cannot anything. Amersh said they reported to my credit and will not do anything. I kept getting bounced around between the new collector it was sent to P&N Attorney's, and with T-Mobile no one helped me.

No one is taking accountability for this or assisting me with how to resolve this issue. I let Amersh know what I was told by T-mobile rep in 4/2022. I want to know the process to remove she said they will not. I explained again the mistakes made on T-Mobile side. She refused to let me know any steps I can take d/t the error. She refused help me out. She told me to call Pay seconds, which I did. I then made call#2 to Pay N Seconds Payment Details- Merchant Name: Maury Cobb Attorney at Law Account #: [protected] I spk to Mrs. Davis who was interrupting me not actively listening to me or giving me any professionalism. I always paid each month on time and checked in with them on my bills. I switched to Verizon the T-Mobile rep helped to port my number to Verizon. The phone was confirmed w/Verizon rep as paid off. I paid P&N please see below.

Would like for these companies to have more professionalism in how they handle calls better training. Ways to work with consumers in the complex situations especially with a simple amount of money owed that caused a -17 PT in my credit when I had an understanding and no notice of this or no chance to take care of it prior to finding out via my credit report I check several times a week! Desired outcome: T-Mobile made the initial error back in April of 2022 when they did not change my address or notify me of another outgoing bill to be made.

AmSher Collection Services Reporting my account to credit bureau when I tried to make payment arrangments

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to you tonight regarding account # [protected], a T mobile account that was sent to you. It was my understanding that T mobile was suppose to be investigating charges that appeared on my account for a Galaxy S20 charged to telephone number [protected], which is not my telephone number. I have never had a S20 cellphone, I had a Galaxy S9. I would like a complete investigation of the charges and the reason why my account was sent to collection, when there were foreign charged on my account and I asked for investigation into the account. In April, 2021 I received a call from am Amsher agent stating that I needed to make payment and I advised her of the above matter. She then said that she could offer me a reduced amount and that I could make payments on the account., all she needed was a checking account or credit card . I advised her that I would have to get that information from my son and would get back to her. She called me back, but I had not gotten the information from my son yet and told her that I would call het back by Friday of that week. I was not able to call back on Friday, but called back the following Monday morning and was told that my account was transfer to Maury Cobb, attorney at Law. I did try to make the arraangements with Amsher because I am in the process of buying a house and did not need anything on my credit profile. I was in contact with Maury Cobb and set up payment arrangements and at no time was I given a deadline as to when this payment would have to be made before it was reported to the credit bureau. I made payment arrangement with the agent for May 15 for the first payment to be made, she then said that we can extend that to be taken out on May 27th and June 28th . I said okay.
On May 30th after my payment was received, Amsher sent the account to the credit bureau and my credit score dropped by 34 points, i'm the middle of me trying to purchase a home.
At no time during my conversation with Amsher agent or my conversation with Maury Ccobb agent did they give me a deadline time or date that this had to be paid by before it would be reported to the credit bureau. If this date was given to me, I would have made sure that this account was paid in full, before that given date, but I did not receive one. I am paying this account even through I am disputing the amount they say I owe because of my fear of this being place on my credit report, which it still was place on my credit unfairly.

Desired outcome: What I would like to happen is that this account that Amsher has place on my credit file be removed , so my credit score will go back to what it was before this account was place in my file.

AmSher Collection Services unethical behavior

I recieved a bill from this collection company representing UAB hospital and it was for 1108.00 and I have insurance and UAB makes you pay your part through a kiosk before you see the doctor or have a procedure done.so I sent it the dispute and they said Uab would be sending me a bill that would be itemized and I did get the bill and it was for 150.00 which I paid within the 30 days. I heard nothing else until this wekend I got a alert saying my credit score had dropped by 88 points! and Iam in the process of buying a house which really upset me and the amount was not even what they had sent the biil out for nor have I ever recieved a bill for the 3 amounts they put on my credit report from UAB or Amsher.The amounts were 57.00;71.00;81.00 I feel so violated I emailed them and have disputed the credit report last night and have heard nothing of course from this company that has probably ruined my loan from going through and never even had the compassion to call to try to resolve a issue I thought was resolved. This is not what acompassionate company as there website says acts!

AmSher Collection Services These guys tried to ruin my reputation and the whole situation

I sent the request about verification of debt to Amsher Collection Agency. They haven’t provided it, but they started to call me and threatened. As well as they called to my credit company and said a lot of lies to them about me and my situation. When I found out about it, I called to their office and wanted to speak only. However, after the agent heard my name, he immediately hung up on me. I am very disappointed that these people have made these things and have tried to destroy my good reputation.
