My business loan to First Citizens Bank has been paid off in FULL as of 9/1/2023 (last 4 digits of Loan #1768) (Last 4 digits of my SS 7679)

First Citizens Bank Sent me a Lien release letter on March 14th, 2025 (Your Reference #[protected]) which I took to Pewaukee, WI. DMV and they rejected because Wisconsin Law says it has to be Digitally released by First Citizens Bank. DMV says all legit banks know this.

I've been trying to get someone at First Citizens Bank to release digitally the lien on my vehicle title since March 14, 2025.

I'm trading in this vehicle, and dealership said It shouldn't be a problem to get a digital release, other banks do it every day!

If I don't get the lien release for my vehicle which I paid off 2 years ago which First Citizens verified through a written letter but has no idea how to release a lien digitally by today (3/27/2025) I will lose my negotiated deal with dealership for trade-in and they can no longer wait for title to my vehicle. This will cost me about $75,000.

My attorney will draft letter A.S.A.P. if necessary.

It's amazing how a simple solution turns into a major problem. I will let everyone know through social media how First Citizen Bank is run! I have all the loan papers and dated to publish.
