First Abu Dhabi Bank [FAB]credit card services

I have disputed transactions fraudulently made on my credit card two months back and was told it would take 180 days to investigate I made numerous calls and early this week i was told it was rejected due to me not applying in 60 days however I applied within 1-3days. I was told I would be contacted by the team involved. I have not heard anything and I have called them every day being on hold for upto 40mins at a time with no one answering. This is appalling customer service with lack of communication or care for their customers
