Firmoo / BTree - appalling
I wonder why I sent them my prescription... Because the glasses are received were obviously made for someone else's but for me.
The frames were wider and everything I saw through lenses was blurred.
I immediately called them and asked for a refund, they agreed and several weeks later they refunded. But no in full. To my question why they answered that I should have read their policies first.
Well, I am sorry I haven't done it, but it doesn't mean you had to steal my money. You made a mistake. Please, refund in full!
