Finish Line review: customer service

I came to this store to buy shoes yesterday. I asked an employee named SINA to check for size 10 1/2 shoes. He brought back a pair but they had a defect on the sole on one of the shoes. I asked him if they had another pair and he told me that there were no more and that there was no defect on the shoes. Then he left to chat with other employees. I then asked another employee for another pair of shoes, and within 2 minute she came out with another pair with no defect. The employee SINA was rude and lazy. It seemed like he didn't wanna sell any shoes. Very bad for a store that sells shoes. Finish Line, this is why you should hire a mature employee. Not a cocky one that looks like he just got out of high school.
