Finish Line bellingham finish line in macys

I was shopping at Macy's when I was looking for some adidas I tried them on and a worker at finish line was very rude saying we could not try them on so we walked away and he followed us. Do not know why he followed us was it racial discrimination?
And if you would like for customers not to try on display shoes ADD A SIGN!
The worker was white and this happened right now at 5:30pm 03/23/18 he was working with another Employee
I recall this happen at finish line In bells fair mall Bellingham, Washington

Finish Line customer service

I am Burbon McNeal. I went online to purchase the Jordan 9's on 3/10. Once I was done with my order, they sent me my confirmation number. I call today on 3/12 to find out why I do not have a tracking number. They tell me my order has been canceled because the Shipping didn't match the billing address. This is unacceptable. My shoes were paid for and where I ship my shoes is non of your concern. I will not be doing any business with finish line again.

Finish Line poor customer service your employees are very unprofessional

My name is Vanessa Abron I went to your store #584 in valley stream green acres mall on Saturday 03/10/2018 manager on duty her name is Aisha . I go to purchase my son the Jordan #9 sneakers that was to drop that day. I arrived to the mall at 8:45 to my understanding that store had been open since 8:00 AM gate was down but they was letting people in as the yelled do you have the new sneakers. There was this one guy who I watch make 3 trips in your store to purchase these sneakers 2 pair at a time I don't know who he got the hook up from but that was not right. So before the mall was open at 10 they had already sold out of these sneakers how and why was that? I'm sure if that guy wasn't going to his car and coming back others would have been able to make a purchase. I have purchased many sneakers from finish line just recent have I never experienced anything like this. I ask for my son size 8 they don't have they had a 1/2 size bigger I said well can my son try them on very nasty guy says no I said excuse me I was just here few weeks ago and the was able to try on the cement black # 3 Jordan. The guy yells to manager Aisha can he try on very nasty no. I said you know what I have a return can I return these sneakers she states to me she was not open yet to do returns. Now I am a customer who spend money wit your company and this is how they treat the customers. Not happy with what went on not sure if I will be making purchases with finish line in the future. You are suppose to accommodate your customers no matter what.

Finish Line Unprofessional

Don't order anything from them, I am begging you. It may be the worst website you will encounter in your life. The same things can be said about their customer support that does nothing to comfort their customers. They offer no alternatives, are very definitive and may be rude sometimes.
I only wanted to ask when they are planning to send my package because it was important to me to know 'cause I ordered it by a special date. I was called impatient. Not saying it was too rude, but hey, why do you think you should judge me, huh? I got no answer, by the way, the conversation was a piece of crap.

Finish Line return payment not received

On October 28, 2017 I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes for my children. The total came out to $95. The order number is [protected]. My children could not fit the shoes so on November 5, 2017, I returned both pair of shoes. I used a shipping label that I received from the finish Line website. The tracking number is 1Z61A5E49095969795. When I checked the status of the return it says that the shoes were received on November 9, 2017. I had not received a refund so on November 14, 2017 I had a chat session with Cierra. She sent me a new tracking number ( 1Z61A5E40394488498 ) and said that I would get my refund in 5 -7 business days. I still hadn't received my money so on November 24, 2017 I called and spoke with Raffy. Raffy sent a request through that the Daianna in billing said she received November 27, 2017. Raffy said that I would receive a refund in 3 - 5 business days. Here it is December 3, 2017 and I still have not received my $95. I called and spoke with Iris and Iris said as well that I should have my money back in 3 - 5 business days.

This is unacceptable. My family and I shop at Finish Line often but after this last transaction you will never receive mine or my family's business again. I have been given the run around for over a month and I'm not ok with it. I need for someone to handle this situation because I really don't want to have to take this further but I will if I have to. At this point all I want is my money back. Please!

Finish Line shoes reebox classics

I bought Reebok classics in-store but they didn't have them in my size there so they purchased them for me online in-store. I received the shoes in 7 days. They were packaged in a ripped and taped up box. When I opened the box the shoes were opposite sizes and nasty. Mudd was on the bottoms, the outside, and inside was covered with an extensive amount of dirt. It was disgusting. I called customer care to complain. They had no more classic Reeboks in stock so all they could offer is my money back. Great. What an inconvenience. So I go to send the shoes back, and thankfully they send you a return label. However, the box was so damaged that they sent them in UPS would not accept the box. So I had to purchase another one. Great right? So almost 3 weeks pass and I still have not receive my money via mail. I call back to complain, and somehow it was not mailed out. No supervisor available just the promise it will be sent out with a 25 dollar gift card. A week later I receive partial of my refund and no gift card. I call back again! Where is the rest of my money and my gift card? Sorry we will resend the gift card and the rest of your money. I deposit the partial refund of my money in my bank. A week later I receive the rest of my refund and of course still no 25 gift card. As I deposit the second refund I realize the first check bounced. Really? A million dollar company is sending out bad checks. I call back again, because not only did your check not clear but it cost me 12.00 for being returned. Again, they have no clue what happened, but we are resending you your refund and a 25 dollar gift card for the inconvenience(Ive been promised over 3 times a gift card to not receive 1!). Here we are 3 weeks later still no refund. I called back again today asking where is my money its going on 3 months now! Again, I do not know what happened claims the customer representative we are resending it now with your gift card. This is the worst company ever!

Finish Line return payment not received

So, I wanted to exchange a pair of Air Force 1s that I had bought from FinishLine. I had only worn the shoes to break them in and they started to hurt my feet. Unfortunately, I apparently didn't have the receipt, so they said I could exchange them. Okay, but then seconds later the man said I could not exchange them because they were already worn (note: the shoes had only one crease in them, otherwise they were perfectly fine). I tried to take it back to another FinishLine, but they refused the exchange as well. So, I am officially out $90 and I got so disgusted with them, so I gave the shoes to a man who really needed shoes outside the mall. I will never buy from FinishLine ever again!

Finish Line the online product I ordered was not the sale price I was quoted in the store or that was showing online when I ordered it

Ordered socks on 08/13/2017 online.. after going to your store in Tyler, Texas at the Tyler Square Mall...Socks were buy one get one half off. Sales associate at store told me to order online and I would get same price and it was tax free week-end in Texas... So I ordered and socks were showing buy one get one half off but, when I went to check out on your website it was showing that I owed the full amount. I immediately email customer service and explain the
problem w/the pricing...but placed the order...thinking maybe it was a clitch in your system. I received no response from my email & when my socks arrived...I had been charged full price. I called customer service and was told that " she" would look into my complaint and get right back w/me...as she said to keep my line open...Well it is 09/22/2017 and I haven't received a call or an answer to my original email. I sent another email today to customer service and now to the complaint service.

Finish Line sports illustrated subscription fraud

I purchased something from Finish Line several months ago and during that purchase, the Sales Associate asked me if I would like a FREE, one year subscription for Sports Illustrated. Of course I said yes. I've been receiving them, no problem. Until August 10, I see a charge of $49.95 on by bank account for Sports Illustrated. I NEVER AGREED TO THIS, nor did I ever provide ANY information regarding debit or credit card to Sports Illustrated or Finish Line for any other purpose other than my purchase of some tennis shoes. THIS IS FRAUD. Flat out, fraud. This is NOT ok. I want a formal complaint issued to BOTH companies and let everyone know not to do business with either unethical company ever again.

Finish Line the store manager at the limerick location!

Hello,
I'm a former employee, resigned today, of that store and the new store manager is very ignorant towards myself and multiple customers on many different occasions. I resigned dude to her disrespect towards me and the ignorance I got from this person. I won't be shopping here and I will take my business and others to Berkshire

Finish Line customer service, order processing

I paced an order on 7/6/2017, when I Received the order 2 of the sets of shoes were missing the mate! Called CS, they sent me one order, cancelled the other one without notifying me, I wait 2 wks for nothing than I had 2 wait another 2 weeks for my refund. All I get when I call is "IM SO SORRY". After I received my refund I had to RE-SUBMIT the order and they expedited for me for free, only because I had to request it. I received my order Friday 8/11/17, and what did I receive?
Another screw up!
This time I received 2 different shoe sizes!
WTF is Finish line doing? Here I am on the phone AGAIN with customer care to resolve another endless error on FL part. This is beyond ridiculous. They just cant seem to get it right. Even the orders come with an "inspected" document. They were to have shipped me a correct left shoe mate on 8/11, have not received this and here I go again back to calling Finish Line because no one cares, but they sure did take my $$$ and send me a screwed up order!

Finish Line online purchase gone awry

I purchased Black & Gold Jordans. Took a screenshot as I do with all of my online purchases. 10 minutes later I get a confirmation email stating I'd ordered Grey Jordans. Spent 53 minutes on the phone only to be given 3 different reasons as to why this happened. And was told I couldn't purchase the Black pair for the same price ($99) but could get them for $139. So how did my purchase go through at that price but got changed to a different color after the transaction. I was told there was a glitch and that I never should have been able to purchase them for that price. 4 kids= roughly 8 pairs of sneakers a year. And Finishline will never see another dime from me. Who was going to die by giving them to me at that price? Fix your website. Or better yet stop changing orders. This is repugnant and sleezy. Footlocker here I come!

Finish Line customer service

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE Manager "ARIEL" is clueless about winners circle rewards and doesn't care about making customer happy. He MADE me forefit $20 rewards on a return and I argued that the rewards are earned every $200 in sales and I shouldn't lose them. He stated that is the policy. However when I came home and looked up the policy it CLEARLY states that the rewards should be given back in a STORE CREDIT on returns. He didn't care at all that I wasn't happy. Andd come to find out he had NO IDEA what he was talking about. NEVER shopping here again.

Finish Line brooks gts and customer service

I paid 120.00 for a pair of work shoes at the Clarksville TN store and wore them around the house for 30 minutes and they didn't fit ride and hurt my feet so I brought them back to my Paducah Ky store and the employees refused to return my money and the shoes were in perfect condition and not worn outside at all ... Peyton from the Paducah store wouldn't stay off his cell phone long enough to even assist me for sizes since they made me believe I could only exchange them... after a hour and half of being there and being ignored I asked for another option as they insisted I could only exchange! I shop with finish line only and always have but I will never spend another penny at a finish line again! And p.s. I had my original receipt! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT FINISH LINE AGAIN!

Finish Line horrible lying customer service

I purchased a pair of shoes from finish line yesterday online because they didn't have my size in the store.. so I decided to trust the the online services & now I'm Getting terrified after reading so many of your post & complaints! I called them and told them I wanted to cancel my order the [censor] told me it can't be cancelled and that it was already shipped out.. how the hell is it already shipped out on a Sunday? Lying [censor]! I told them everything about all of the complaints I see online, I also told them I'll be recording my every step from receiving my package to opening to box for evidence! I don't have money to waste like it & If they are really treating their customers this bad & ripping ppl off this company needs to be Shut down completely! I'll keep you all updated on what happened!

Finish Line nike air max 2017

Went in store to buy Nike Air Max 2017. Didn't have what I wanted, so ordered it for me. It was late coming so left me with no work shoes! Shame on me for paying the price I did for these shoes. Finally got them Tuesday. Wore them half day at work on Wed, hurt my feet so bad I had to put my old shoes back on. Took back to store today to get refund, system was down and refused to do return and credit my credit card or even give me cash back. Sales lady even called corportate and they said I had to come back and try later. Unsure what time it would be up and running and this is a Saturday!I live 40 minutes from this store! This is just so ridiculous. This is the second time we went in this store to get shoes we wanted and they had to order what we wanted cause they didn't have the size in stock. They were also late in delivery with our sons school shoes promising we'd have them on time and they never got here in time. They have lost a customer. Shame on you Finish Line! I did email the corporate office and got a pathetic letter back giving me no satisfaction basically saying, they didn't do anything wrong. Their sales people lied on the delivery date (possibly)yet they say their not on commission.

Finish Line employees smelling of strong alcohol

I was shopping inside of Finish Line at SouthPark mall when I approach employee Rashadd to request a shoe and I could smell a strong smell of Alcohol. I ask to speech the the manger Ashley Young she was very rude. I exit the store and called the police. While I was waiting on the police the two employees exit Janliel and Rashadd exit the mall and was in the car drinking more alcohol and Colonial Heights pulled up and arrested both employees for drinking in public. While the police search both employees marijuana was found in the car. The police tried talking to Ashley she was very rude to them also. I will no longer be shopping at this location or Finish line at all. The manger refused to give me her boss number and the employee is still working at this location.

Finish Line csr's who provide false information

Several and I mean several times I have spoken to the customer care dept of finish line to inquire why I had not received my 2 yr old sons shoes that I had paid for online. Every time I have spoken to someone they tell me a different story why I haven't gotten the shoes but to not worry because they will make sure I do. They stated at one point they didn't have my apartment # with my address which is false, also was told that someone would follow us with me personally if there was another problem with obtaining item, which also did not happen. Every time I have to take the time to call myself and explain the whole problem again. To this day I still have not gotten the shoes. It has been over a month. I have spoken to supervisors and keep getting told a date on when I should get my sons shoes but yet to have seen them. Very unprofessional when they can't even give you an explanation as to why I have been told inaccurate information. Very disappointing customer service, I feel like my money was just given to a company and they have no care if I get the product I am entitled to.

Finish Line poor customer service

I bought three pairs of nike jordans shoes from the Michigan city outlet store. I then drove 45 minutes back home to south bend, IN. My daughter's shoe did not fit. I also purchased the same shoe for myself just in a bigger size. I gave my daughter my shoe and decided to take her Jordan nike shoe back to the Michigan city Outlet sore, it is 45 minutes from my home. I arrived at the store and the manager who was a black guy with long Dred locks was very rude and stated that they did not have the Jordan in a bigger size. Lindsey the manager with the Dred locks state that he could order the shoe and have it mailed to the store closes to me, "which is the finish line in Mishawaka, IN. Then the manager Lindsey with the Dred locks stated that he could not order the shoe in the correct size because the shoe that I brought in to exchange was in the wrong size box. I purchased 2 nike Jordan shoes, one was a size 6.5 and the other was a size 7.5. I returned the size 6.5 in the 7.5 box. Lindsey the manager stated that I would have to drive all the way back home to get the correct box. Lindsey stated that the wrong box would mess up his inventory per Lindsey the manager with the long dred locks. I drove all the way home 45 minutes away and got the correct box, then I drove another 20 minutes to get to the Mishawaka, IN finish line. I spoke to the manager at the Mishawaka, in finish line and she stated that the manager Lindsey lied to me flat out. The manager at the Mishawaka store stated that Lindsey could have very well exchanged the shoe in Michigan city and ordered another shoe. I wasted time and gas driving back and forth. I have called and complained 2 other times concerning this issue. Since Lindsey is the manager I'm sure he's discarding the complaint however, I will find a way to be heard.
