On Sept 5, I purchased merchandise from Finishline. I received the wrong shoes. They gave me a $20 credit for the inconvenience. I called to see had the incorrect pair been received and the correct pair shipped. They never dispatched the correct pair to be sent out and I waited 2 weeks. So I requested a refund. It's been almost a month & haven't gotten my refund! I had to keep calling for them to do anything & nothing has been resolved! I just want my money back or I'm taking further action!
Finish Line - air max 2015 sneaker - purchased & received used sneaker
I ordered a pair of Air Max 2015 and when I received them on 17 Nov 2015 they are used and the inside is dirty and on the bottom the shoe you can see where they tried to clean the dirt off. I paid $129.00 for a pair of used sneakers and now I can't speak to anyone other than the rude people (Melmar-1st Call & Rose-2nd call) from the Philippines and they hung up cause I asked where they were located and they stated they were in Indianapolis, In and I explained that my phone lets me know where the people are answering from on the other end. They both hung up and these are the people that Finish line expect us (customers) to give our personal information to. The problem is that Finish Line sent used / dirty shoes to me and I an totally upset. I am a veteran and I expect more from a company when I spend my money.

Spent hours on phone with representatives trying to figure out what's going on, if Finish Line had been hacked. Finally spoke to supervisor in United States. These (unauthorized) holds were for items shipped from different stores. New company format.
