September 27, 2024 I was approved for 7.24% and after the loan was approved, I learned it was over 10% for a home equity loan. So I had to resubmit paperwork for a line of credit loan. I have been working with this bank for over 3 months to get a small home equity loan with a credit score over 800 and money in their bank. The loan Specialist, Patrick Annan will not even speak with me or answer my emails. It has been over 2 weeks and still not a word from him. Don't use this bank if you want good service for a loan.
The only reason I haven't taken my money out of the bank is because I have the best personal banker ever, Tereza Tancau. She is the only reason I stay with Fifth Third. She is professional, smart, polite and personable. She really cares.
