I wouldn't even give them 1 star. They duped us out of $3500. This pandemic struck and I haven't heard anything from them and can't reach them. I know they ain't still closed because of it! They ain't contacted the IRS like they said. Don't mess with them, they're scam artists!

I'm a very disappointed customer! This company needs to be investigated! They had money debited from my account without permission or explanation for months. I tried contacting them several times in different ways! I feel like a victim of fraud and I contacted my bank! This company should be shut down by authorities! And the ComplaintsBoard.com should take action too! Very frustrating experience.

I started working with Fidelity Tax Relief LLC in February . I paid around $1500 to have a lien removed by the IRS for my back taxes. But suddenly, nobody would answer my calls and their email inboxes were always full. It seems like they might have gone out of business. Now I have to find a new lawyer and start the whole process again. This has put me in a lot of debt because of the lien, and I even borrowed money to pay Fidelity, hoping the lien would be lifted by September. But there was always something else that came up, and instead of them reaching out to me, I had to ask about the progress of my case. Then they would say, "Oh, we need this and that."

I started an *** process with Fidelity Tax Relief like 4 years ago. They said they could fix my tax stuff in a good amount of time. But man, they messed up so many times with asking me for papers and sending them to the right place. I got rejected twice, and we sent a third offer in Q4 of 2020. It's now June , and I haven't heard anything about my case. I sent like 18 emails and called them a bunch of times, but no updates. Every time I call, they say they're super busy and short-staffed because of the pandemic. They say my agent has to get an update from them, but I still haven't gotten one.
