I ordered a cheesecake and flowers from FNP.com and paid around $100, expecting quality and presentation as advertised. What was delivered was a cheap grocery-store cake and flowers, which after checking online appear to cost around $8 each.
When I raised this concern on chat, the response was simply that the order was “delivered correctly,” with no accountability or explanation. This is misleading pricing and poor customer service.
I ordered this as a gift, and it was honestly embarrassing. I will not be ordering again and would not recommend FNP if you’re expecting premium quality.

I paid $100 for a cheesecake and flowers advertised as premium products. However, the items delivered were low-quality grocery-store items, which retail for approximately $15–$20 combined.
This constitutes misrepresentation of product value. My concern was dismissed on chat without justification.
I am requesting:
A full refund OR
A partial refund reflecting the actual value delivered
If this issue is not resolved within 7 working days, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further via complaints and public reviews.
