The gifts have still not been delivered, nor were they delivered within the timeframe for which I placed the order. Please refer to the attached snapshot for details. The delay and failure to deliver the order are entirely from your side, as the order was not delivered on the committed date of 19 August. This is completely unacceptable and amounts to a serious failure to fulfil your commitment. Such a lapse, particularly when the order was placed for a specific occasion, is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.The gift was intended for a special occasion, which has now already passed. Therefore, the gifts are no longer of any use to me.In view of your failure to deliver the order as committed, I hereby request you to cancel the order immediately and process a full refund without any further delay.Please confirm the order cancellation and refund initiation immediately. I will not accept the order if it is delivered at this stage.
