FB Doors – Major mistake doing business with fb doors

I purchased impact windows from (FB Doors, Inc. 15002 NW 107th Ave #4, Hialeah Gardens, FL 33018) “general manager” Renato J Rodriguez and “salesman”, John Vogal Signing a contract with required deposit February 2,2025, enough time before start of hurricane season.. I stated, we need the windows installed before hurricane season, I’m 82 years old and caretaker for my wife who’s in a wheelchair with Leukemia, and really concerned… Both Renato and John promised, windows will be installed in approx. 6-8 weeks, way before hurricane season….The windows finally arrived (17.5) weeks later(start of hurricane season) manufactured by
ESWindows in Colombia, S. America. I had to sign a delivery order before being allowed to inspect the windows. Immediate inspection noting the windows were manufactured incorrectly, not per contract…I’ve called numerous times, emails, left text messages to Renato Rodriguez, and the company, they refuse to return my calls…My wife and I are now in hurricane season with no hurricane impact windows.. My next door neighbor placed an order, similar windows with another company at the same time, same permitting process, manufactured/ installed in (5) weeks..
