We just had 13 windows replaced by Scheel Window & Door and we're super happy with the whole thing. The Sales Consultant, ***, really knew his stuff and was a big help. The installation went just like they said it would and the guys doing the work, *** and ***, were great to deal with. They were really nice and easy to work with. The whole thing was really professional and the finished job looks great. Thanks for doing such a good job!
Sales guy sent me a paper to sign and put down some cash for windows
Sales guy sent me a paper to sign and put down some cash for windows. But the paper didn't say when they'd be done or how much they'd cost. And if I changed my mind, I'd lose my money. Seems like a bad deal to me. If they take too long, I'm out of luck. Not cool, Scheel.
If true, this is a first in our 75 year history. Would appreciate it if you would forward a copy of your written quote by email to sales@scheelwindows.com and we will further investigate as all contracts / quotes are computer generated. Also, an estimated timeline is always provided and Scheel sales representatives do NOT ask for or take cash.

I needed to switch out 4 windows, so I hit up some Ottawa companies for quotes. Scheel's sales rep was really helpful, answering all our questions (we sent like 50 emails back and forth), and they even brought sample windows to our place. Their prices were really competitive too. When it came time to install, their crew was super pro and paid attention to every detail. They handled everything with care, even though it was raining. They did a great job!
