I bought a door from Pella for almost 3900 bucks
I bought a door from Pella for almost 3900 bucks. When they left, they messed up my door with dents and scratches. They said they'd get me a new one, but I haven't heard anything back. I emailed and called Bruce E from Pella, but he hasn't gotten back to me. I called the main office on Friday, but they said the manager was gone until today and they'd call me. They didn't. I tried calling the project manager, but they haven't called me back either.

Pella install team came and put in our new windows, but they messed up the stucco around the old windows
Pella install team came and put in our new windows, but they messed up the stucco around the old windows. The install manager came and said they would fix it and match the paint. Luke from the office called and said it would cost $2500 to fix it. I said no way, they damaged my house and should fix it. The install manager agreed the caulking was bad and said it would be fixed. Luke said the damage was already there, but he sent the wrong photos when I asked for proof. I don't trust Pella and don't believe the ComplaintsBoard.com rating. Don't use Pella.
