on 10/19/25 at 2:19pm my mom and I visited the drive through at Fazoli's on Miller Lane. our order came up to $41.33. My mom paid with a $100.00 bill. Our cashier was Mark N. (I still have the receipt). It took him a minute to return with our change. She didn't notice until the next day that the receipt said order total $41.33, Cash $60.00 and change $18.67. I know at this point we will never receive the rest of her money, but this is wrong. My mom is 83. I called the store and spoke with the manager who gave me nothing but an apology. I don't want this to happen to any other elder person
