Whatever you do, don't buy nothin' from this company, eh? They got this crazy no return policy, I tell ya. Make sure ya read everythin', even them bad reviews (I wish I did) before ya go ahead and make that purchase, if ya got the guts, that is.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing from Fasttech Canada. My order took a whopping 2 weeks to arrive, even though they claimed it would only take 2 days. On top of that, I ordered 3 items but only received 2. The only thing I can actually use is the thermal paste, but they sent me the wrong internal fan. It's really disappointing and frustrating to spend $90 on things that I can't even use. This website is definitely a scam and I regret falling for it.

So, I recently made an order from Fasttech Canada, and guess what? The order got fulfilled by good ol' Amazon. Now, I know Amazon sells stuff for way cheaper, like 70% cheaper, so that got me a bit miffed. But hey, that's not even the worst part.

It seems that he has taken it upon himself to create numerous fake accounts on various websites, all in a futile attempt to harass me and my family. It's truly disheartening to see someone stoop so low.

What's even more frustrating is that Shehroz Kaiser adamantly refuses to acknowledge that he has ripped off not only me but also a long list of previous customers. He goes as far as to spread lies about not just myself, but also anyone else who has had the audacity to report his slimy behavior. It's truly astonishing.

To make matters worse, Shehroz Kaiser has the audacity to claim that the bank has refused to process a chargeback. This is an outright lie, as I have the credit card statements to prove that the chargeback has already been initiated. It's truly mind-boggling that he would stoop to such levels of deceit.

One review on yelp.ca hit the nail on the head when it accurately described Shehroz Kaiser as a "BRUTAL THIEF." It's a fitting description for someone who has not only committed fraud but is also inching closer to facing criminal charges for stalking and harassment. It's truly a troubling situation.

And get this, they also tell me that the part I need is out of stock! Can you believe the audacity of these guys? To prove that I'm not just making this up, I've included a screenshot of the email exchange where we arranged the third appointment. He clearly said he would be there, but he's been lying about it afterwards. It's just not right.

I had to call them and give them a piece of my mind before they did anything. And let me tell you, there's this ongoing issue between Fasttech and UPS. It's a long story, but let me give you some advice. If you live in the US or its territories, don't even think about shipping your console to Fasttech for repairs!

Now, let's fast forward a few weeks. Guess what? They still haven't fixed my console! I kept asking them about it, and the last time I checked, they said it was repaired and would be shipped back to me. But when I checked again the next week, they finally admitted the truth. They said, "Oh, we tried to fix it, but we couldn't. So we'll give you a refund." But here's the kicker, they didn't refund the full amount I paid for the repair services. No, they deducted $50! Can you believe the nerve? After all the time I wasted dealing with their nonsense and even getting involved in the whole mess between them and UPS Canada, I had to call UPS Canada myself and demand a refund for the charges they billed me when they took delivery of my console.

Let me tell you, folks, do not, I repeat, do not use this company for any repairs. They are a bunch of frauds who will mislead and deceive you. Consider yourself warned!
