I've been waitin and re-writin them to get a refund on an order I returned in June 2020. No response yet. Over a year and nothin. Don't trust 'em!

So, I've been havin a bit of a hassle with Moody (moodycase.com). I ordered somethin from 'em back in June 2020, but it turned out I didn't quite fancy it. So, I decided to return it and get a refund. Simple enough, right? Well, turns out it ain't that simple with Moody.

I've been tryin to get in touch with 'em for over a year now, but they ain't givin me no response. Can ya believe it? Over a year and still nothin! It's like they disappeared into thin air or somethin. I've tried reachin out to 'em through emails, phone calls, and even carrier pigeons, but no luck. It's frustratin, to say the least.

If I could rate Moody Case a ZERO, I would. I ordered a case for my new iPhone on July 24, 2022 and have yet to receive it, despite receiving 2 notices that it was sent.

I really adore my Moody Case! It does an amazin' job of protectin' my phone. I've ordered 3 already! I'll definitely be comin' back to Moody for my next shiny new phone. The case does a great job of keepin' my phone safe and sound.

It's quite disappointing that I haven't received any response from them so far. Moreover, I still haven't received the case I ordered, and they didn't provide any tracking numbers as promised when they claimed to have shipped it. It's frustrating because they already have my money, and I'm unsure about what steps to take next. Their customer service is definitely lacking in quality.

So, I gotta tell ya, I've bought a couple of cases from this Moody company before, and man, they were spot on! I mean, those babies had this shiny, glossy finish that I absolutely adored. So, when I decided to snag another one, I figured it would be just like the others, you know? But nope, this time it had this matte finish that just didn't tickle my fancy. It wasn't exactly what I had in mind, ya know?

But here's the thing, I reached out to these guys, and boy, did they come through! They gave me a refund, no questions asked, and on top of that, they even said they were gonna send me a different case as an apology for the hassle. Talk about exceptional service, am I right?
