I ordered a 5 gallon tree and they sent me a 2 gallon tree. I sent them pictures of their tree beside a 5 gallon tree planter which showed they had sent me a 2 gallon tree. They just said it was a 5 gallon tree according to some nurseries instead of correcting their mistake. I will not be buying any additional plants from them since they would not correct their mistake.

Recommendation: I would look for another place to get your plants and trees if you want what you actually order.
