I bought 7 yards of dirt and compost from this place. I shoveled it all into my backyard and raised beds, then planted my spring garden. But after a few days and weeks, I saw that the plants weren't doing well or growing at all. I figured I needed to fix the soil, so I got a soil test. The results were really bad, and they told me not to plant anything for 2 years. I've called and emailed Victory Greens many times, asking for a refund, but they haven't responded.

I bought 46 Arbs from Victory Greens on March 31. I ordered 10-12 foot Arbs, but they delivered 9-10 foot Arbs instead. The Arbs came in 3 shipments. In one shipment, all the trees died. Other people have also written reviews saying that their trees died. They told us that our Arbs came from a sick batch, so they said they would replace them for free. However, they are not consistent with their replacements. They replaced one lady's trees twice because she overwatered them, but they are not keeping their promise to replace our sick trees that they sold to us. They are also not charging us correctly for the 50% off guarantee. They only gave us 25% off and this month, they charged my card too much money and they won't give me a refund for the overcharge. They don't treat us and other customers consistently. They simply don't care. We do care and we want our money back for the sick product they sold us. We want a refund for the sick trees that they told us they would replace for free but didn't.
