All 3 trees I’ve ordered were damaged because of their poor packaging. I was offered store credit so I ordered another tree, guess what! Damaged in shipping again! I didn’t even get it, FedEx disposed of it. Now if I want another tree I have to pay more money to get it and it will most definitely be damaged. Their online customer service doesn’t care about you or your money paid to them. Buy local

I received 2 damaged trees from an online order. Both were damaged when I received them so I completed the proper resolution form with pictures and got store credit.
The store credit for the tree was used to order another slightly different tree because they were out of stock. That tree was also damaged and FedEx disposed of it.
I would like a replacement tree, securely packed and sent to me or a refund not store credit.
