Fast Action Pest Control gave me an estimate that was like $11,000 more than another company. Both estimates were for the same work. Watch out for this company. I wouldn't believe anything they say and I wouldn't let them work on my house.

Fast Action Pest Control guy came to my door and talked about their stuff for spiders and ants. I gave him $60 cuz it was hot and I felt bad. He made me sign something but I didn't read it cuz I didn't want a contract. Now they charged me $195 and I'm mad. They tricked me and I don't want it to happen to other people.

Fast Action Pest Control is a total rip-off! They charged me way too much for hardly any service. Don't even bother talking to their salesperson who will try to get you to sign a yearly contract. The deal they offer is a joke, with important details missing unless you read the fine print. They start with a $39.00 initial treatment, which is just spraying the outside of your house and brushing away cobwebs. They claim it's a discount from the initial contract price of $174.00, but then they charge you $39.00 every other month, which adds up to $78.00. The salesperson lied to me and made me think the service was monthly, but it's actually only done once every 2 months, unless you have a problem. So basically, you're paying $78.00 for a 30-minute spraying every 60 days. And if you try to cancel, they'll charge you $135.00. At the end of the year, they charged me $78.00 even though I was no longer in the contract. They refused to give me a refund for the $39.00 either. All in all, I paid $39.00 initially and then $468.00 for 6 quick sprayings around my house. Don't fall for their scam!

So, I had to stick with them and get the service done. The technician was nice and did a good job, but the customer service was not so great. I understand they have policies, but in these times, they should be more understanding. Overall, the service was good, but the customer service needs improvement.

So, I had a guy named *** Smart from Fast Action Pest Control come to my door and talk me into getting a pest control service for only $40. I thought it was a good deal, so I signed up. But when I tried to cancel, they told me I had to pay $100! That's not cool. They're basically tricking people into signing up for a whole year without telling them. I asked the boss lady to waive the fee, but she said no. I'm gonna wait for that $100 check they promised me and then I'm outta here.

I hit up Fast Action Pest Control back in March '21 'cause my crib's attic was overrun with rats. Eight months later, after shelling out for rat exclusion and getting a bunch of emails, vids, and second opinions, the problem's still there. I had to pay a third pest control company to fix Fast Action's botched rat exclusion work. The irony? Fast Action suggested the second opinion, but treated me like I was imagining the rat activity. All these pest control companies claim to be rat exclusion experts, but really just want you to sign up for monthly or bi-monthly spider sprays. It's a total bait and switch. Now I gotta pay thousands to clean up the rat waste and soiled insulation/odor, seal the attic, and install new insulation. I'm willing to do it 'cause I can't stand feeling like a hostage in my own home. I'm done with Fast Action, though. Nine months into a year-long contract and the rat issue's still there. I caught the rats myself, and Fast Action just kept coming back without any sense of urgency. Every time I reached out with my concerns, they'd give me an appointment 1-2 weeks out. And they're still taking money from my account like clockwork.
