I worked at Strike Force for a year and I wouldn't suggest working there. The boss doesn't take responsibility for their own mistakes and makes you clean up their messes by calling customers to reschedule retreats and treatments when the techs, mainly the supervisor tech, don't call ahead, knock on the door and then leave, or say they're not in an area that has reception. I had several customers complain that they didn't receive any call ahead and had been waiting the entire 5-hour timeframe and no one showed up. Then the boss would back up the supervisor tech story all the time and say they tried but no one answered and you would then have to deal with the angry customer again and again, rescheduling their appointments, some scheduled for 3 weeks ahead of time, which customers all said the same thing about no call or no show from tech. When I confronted the supervisor tech, they yelled and cussed me out on the phone, telling me they own the company and they're too busy to call anyone, except firemen and teachers (because they're worthy of a call ahead) and people in Fountain Hills have nothing better to do anyways than to sit around their homes and wait for the termite guy. I shared my concerns with the owner and they said they were working on some things with the supervisor tech, but nothing improved in their customer service ethics. After a year of employment, I decided to leave the company, which 6 months later needed a Verification of Employment (VOE) statement from the owner, stating my dates of employment and last pay date. The owner gave nothing but excuses and played games for 10 days without ever giving me a VOE statement. They insisted on having DES email the form to them directly, which they did not operate that way. I emailed them the form directly myself from their website. I had to have the company email me a statement then I had to submit it to DES myself, as they did not email any employer. No response a few days later I asked how the process was going and if they could send me VOE by the end of the day. They responded, "I'm out of office for a week, I will work on it when I get back." DES called the boss twice to confirm this on the phone, the first time my former boss said they did not know my employment dates and then called DES back and hung up before DES could answer. The second time, DES said the boss was unwilling to comply and sounded confused and said, "If you're unemployment then they email us." DES explained they were not unemployment, but family assistance and they do not email employers directly the VOE form. The owner of Strike Force then wanted the name of the person, phone number, and email of DES. I explained to them how I did not have a direct email, gave them the phone number and name of the last worker I spoke with and no response. A few days later, the owner said, "I need the email to send the form to or the mailing address as they had another one on their desk and that's how they want it sent." They then said I needed to fill out the authorization to release information portion on the form and send it to them so they could legally release information. I did email them the form again and NO RESPONSE was given back. I never received the VOE from Jimmy N and was highly disgusted with the way this company handled it and how they did not release my information about my own employment to me. There is something not right about this company.

Strike Force came out and did the home inspection on my new home and said there were no termites. Turned out there were termites. So they came out and treated the termites. Now they are back in the exact same spot. I called them and they said it is out of warranty. How do you not fix something you said you'd fix? The kicker is they would be willing to come out and charge me again to treat them. What a horrible company.

I had a house inspection and treatment from Strike Force Pest & Termite Control Inc, arranged by my realtor. They patched up some concrete on the patio and garage, but after moving in, I noticed tunnels in three different parts of the house. A technician came and used Termidor by shooting a plug in the wall and ceiling, but the same situation happened months later, and then a third time. The company has come at least four times in the past 1.5 years, but there has been no resolution. They sent me a *** for a warranty renewal, but I don't want them to come again. I want my money back so I can get someone to do the job right. What a waste of time, money, effort, and angst.

So, I had this house for sale and I called STRIKE FORCE Pest & Termite Control, Inc. to check it out. This guy named KURTIS N came and said he's certified to do inspections. He wrote in his report that there were termites and that I needed to pay $555 to get rid of them. But when I got another company to check, they didn't find any termites in the places KURTIS said they were. They only found some old tubes that weren't even active. KURTIS should know better than to put that in his report. It seems like he just wanted to make some money for his company by lying to me.

This company was supposed to treat our new home for termites and give us a one-year warranty. But when I found a tube in the master bedroom closet two days before the warranty expired, they wouldn't come out until after it expired. The receptionist, Tennessee, was so rude and kept interrupting me. She said I had to renew the warranty and pay $125 to treat the area. I asked to speak to a manager, but she hung up on me! They finally came out to spot treat for free, but another termite company found termites in several locations. Strike Force never got rid of them. The damage is so bad that I had to hire another company to treat my home and replace the fascia board, which will cost $1,425.00. I told the President, Jimmy ***, and sent him pictures, but he's not doing anything. He needs to pay me by March 8, or I'll take him to court. Their customer service is terrible!
