Fashion Nova My stuff

My order number is [protected] and my other order is [protected] the first order is from cardi b collection from November 15th I have yet to receive any information about either of my item. I email you guys every other day and I get the same auto response. You guys make tooooo much money not to have human workers to take care of your loyal customers. Cuz if u check my history I'm constantly ordering from you guys. This is unprofessional on your behave then have the audacity to charge $7 for 2 days shipping and it's goin to be a month and nothing. I'm livid. I call customer service and now e answers. Like wat the hell is going on behind the scenes. Something needs to be done ASAP. Fashion nova don't care for their customers. We pay our hard earned money in this company and you guys aren't taking us serious. Stop having your robotic response, we want the stuff we bought with our money.

Fashion Nova shipping and refunds

On the 21st of November, I made 3 orders with Fashion Nova. All orders went through and were confirmed.

Two days later, I received two emails explaining that two of my orders were cancelled by the company because the items I had ordered were out of stock.

Not one item, or two, but everything in each order was cancelled. I was told to expect a full refund for both orders.

I have yet to receive a refund or any further information concerning this refund. It has been 11 days today.

This is particularly upsetting for me because I recently raised capital to start a clothing retail business. I cannot afford to have such an amount of money in limbo as both orders cost about $1500 combined.

I have sent multiple emails and tried endlessly to reach a customer care agent on their phone line; I never get through to one.

All I have received from Fashion Nova is an automated ‘customer care holiday delay' email.

I have, because of them, already lost my chance to take advantage of the Black Friday sales. This completely ruins all plans I had for my business.

The holidays are well over and I would just like to hear something back from them concerning getting my money back as soon as possible.

I also received an email on the 28th of November informing me that my third order has been ‘delayed' and might be cancelled. I am yet to hear anything back concerning that.

I very much regret ordering anything from this company. They have caused me so much distress.

Fashion Nova customer service, shipping

So I placed an online order on November 25th and spent about 80$ and I still haven't received my items nor do they ever answer the phone number listed and the other 1800 number belongs to a post office. I'm starting to feel like this is a scam and it's not right because people order items for gifts. They take your money but don't send you your stuff a total rip off. Why say you will get your items in 2 days. It's been well over two days and I have sent multiple emails with nothing but a robo response

I too ordered on 23rd, 28th and 30th Nov and NONE OF THEM has even Been processed...! No tracking number. Just order confirmation... i been emailing them, no respo. Been callin them, no answer... like wdf is goin on...?!?!?!

I thought i was alone.I made my first order with Fashion Nova on the 20th, 21st, 27th and 28th. The joke is, I have received my order for the 21st but the 20th is still no fulfilled.I feel like a fool spending my money with them as I am based in the UK and I have been emailing for days and getting an automated message as well as a robo on the number they provided.I cannot understand why a company like this is still in business. Makes no sense

I agree ! I placed an order Nov 27th and there’s been no movement and I needed the dress for a special occasion so I don’t need it anymore but I’m sure the return policy is just as hasseling as this. I’m never ordering with them again

Fashion Nova order #[protected]/ requesting a refund or send the correct item I ordered

I placed an order on November 2 and received my package on November 7. Thank you for the prompt service, however I received an incorrect item. I ordered a dress in a size medium and received black jeans in a size 15 that I definitely cannot fit or ordered. I've sent 3 emails and left 2 voicemails when I call [protected]. Why do you have this number listed for your customers to call if your not going to respond. With this type of service I will not order from Fashion Nova anymore. Please take into consideration that I do not freely spend $ for clothing I do not receive. Please respond in regards to the order # above. Thanks

Fashion Nova clothes & customer service

Order my stuff on Black Friday & all I receive was order number . It's been a 1 week & a half still haven't receive any update on my order, no tracking number . This is so unprofessional email them 3 times, no response ! Call them, no answer !they need to approve they customer service . I will never order from them again, don't even have the option to refund .

I have placed 2 orders with Fashion Nova; the first time I ever ordered was 17th October... took me 35 days to receive my order and out of 15 items I got 5. I was never notified during that 35 day period that any of my items were not available. I emailed them immediately and about 2 days later they emailed back and confirmed that a refund for the amount of the items not sent had be processed to my cars.

The 5 items I did get I really love how they look; but of course the quality is not the highest for any of the clothing or shoes. I live in the Caribbean so I really do not mind the thin fabric; the shoes look awesome but they are not super comfortable, very stiff - but all this is to be expected for the prices.

Despite all this order chaos I love my items and ordered again about 2 weeks ago... still no tracking number and I ordered dresses for my holiday parties :(... I know the holiday season delays everything, but this is getting ridiculous. I cannot say I will not order again tho! The clothes fit me fantastic, they make me look sexy and hussy always has a comment ;-) I will just make sure to order 6 weeks before I want the item to arrive lol

Fashion Nova Online order #[protected]

Online order #[protected]. I ordered 5 items on 11/24/2018 it's been 9 days and also I have sent 2 emails, which looked like automated responses and no tracking.. I get that my Order would take some time to get to me due to the high demand of orders but just the simple fact of not having an estimated time of arrival on items is unacceptable! I will never order from them again! I would've been ok had it said "order will arrive in 10days" at least I know when to expect it. This is the worst of the worst. I would never recommend this to anyone!

Fashion Nova Unfulfilled order and no answer to several emails and phone calls

Today i wrote a 3rd time about the same matter (both times prior I received an authomated reply to say fashionnova was backed up). My order # [protected] has been sitting in my account unfulfilled for now 2 weeks. I purchased enough to qualify for free 2 day shipping. In fact 416.08 US dollars was taken out of my bank account, yet nothing has been done towards getting the merchandise purchased to me, this is starting to look a lot like theft. I have tried calling a couple times, the calls went to what seems like an answering machine. This is terrible customer service, and reflects very poorly on the company, this makes fashion nova look like a hoax, like it's not legit. I would like to actually get a response this time to see how I can get what I paid for or my money back if the company is not planning on shipping me anything.

Fashion Nova tianna top

I ordered a pair of leggings and a Tianna top on November 22, 2018 and have yet to receive my top. I recieved the pants but no top, and they should have been shipped and delivered the same time and day. Yes, I got it on sale which is why I was so excited to buy it. I also was hoping that I would receive it before my birthday, which is on December 12th! Could I please get sent another top!?

Fashion Nova not getting all my purchased items

I placed an order with Fashion Nova on November 6th, 2018. They then sent me a confirmation email showing me my 4 purchased items and my payments details. When my package finally arrived it was minus one of my items and the included packing slip was only showing 3 items shipped. So now starts the stupidity of dealing with this horrible company! I immediately emailed to find out where my missing item was and it took them 2 1/2 days to respond only to be asked to email them at copy of my packing slip. I not only emailed them a copy of packing slip I also included my confirmation email showing what I purchased. Three days went by, I received an email almost identical to the first one asking for the packing slip AGAIN. I emailed the whole thing again. Now, 4 days later they email me and tell me they are closing the ticket because they have not heard from me! Can you believe I actually emailed everything for a third time, and the very next email I get from them is asking me to take pictures of the items I received and send to them. WHAT, are you kidding me, whats wrong with this company, they don't trust their own packing slip? They just keep stringing me along. If you order from Fashion Nova, you do so at your own risk, you have been warned. I ordered previously 2x and did not have a problem. I guess I got blindsided and they are $26.99 richer for it. I will never order from this pathetic company again! I hope this complaint can help at least one person not buy from this company.

I ordered 12 items at early black Friday sale 、 7 days later I received an automatic mail told me they are delay so I can cancel my order if they didn't ship it in 7 days from my order day . And if I don't cancel it they will cancel it automatically and refund money 、it was the weekend of Thanksgiving 、 nobody will answe the phone even I call、 so I sent them an e-mail、I didn't want to cancel my order because I bought it at early black friday sale. They never replied my e-mail.
After 10 days I oreded、 I got a mail said they shipped 、 I ordered 12 items but I only received 9. And two shirts are all broken、 I sent them a mail and attached the photos、 few days later I received an automatic mail which is the same mail I received before they shipped my item: It said if they short some items I can cancel or they will cancel it and they will refund money 、 I already got the same automatic message 、I don't want to receive same automatic mail again and again、 I called but it was automatically reply. I made this order only because that 3 items、those my favorite items、 but they cut those 3 and send me the rest items including two broken shirts、that made my order had no sense. I don't know if fashion nova really will refund my money for the missing items.

Fashion Nova 1 week later and still no confirmation email!!

I ordered two pairs of jeans on Cyber Monday and I still haven‘t received a confirmation Email! an they even charged me for my order! I am so angry I will never order something on Fashion Nova again! their contact information is USELESS because they don‘t respond per e-mail and on the phone they only send you to their FAQ, this is a scam company, I am so disappointed!

Fashion Nova items not received

I ordered 2 different Shipman's one total $250 the other lane told only $97 for my larger shipment missing for different items when I emailed fashion over I have yet to hear back from anybody and I also call the number which is useless because a number just States to email their customer service. The customer service is a complete joke the sad thing is I really love fashion of of clothes and their polity but if this is a kind of customer service they have I can't support a business like this period I'm trying to open a dispute with pay pass I can get partial my money back but I have yet to hear back from them. I'm also gonna write a letter and if all else fails I can try to take them to court and get my money back, because right is right and wrong is phone and you should not be operating on this kind of level where you are still in people's monies for lack of better words I'm not giving them the product they paid .

Fashion Nova order placed and 8 days later it has not even been shipped

I placed my order on November 25th, paid for the 2 day shipping and it has been 8 days and it has not even been shipped. I emailed as it is the only way to to contact them and of course the reply is an automatic response. So I have to reply again that I need to get some one to help me out.

Well, NURIA FLORES reply back. I ask her to get my order shipped and she says that it take 7 to process my order and then 3-7 to shipped and deliver. I explain that I am traveling out of the country and she says TO CANCEL MY ORDER and choose a 2 day shipping method which is what's order is for in first place. So it is clearly that she is not even looking at my order at all and does NOTHING to help me out.
Her customer service is awful For a customer that's has placed 3 order within 2 weeks. This whole sitation makes me feel like they don't care about their new customers, I could of been a loyal customer but this is definitely the last time I order from you guys.

I want a solution URGENTLY since I have to leave on December 5th

Fashion Nova refund to bank and gift card

Over two months ago I place an order with fashion nova that went on for filled. After about two weeks of waiting for shipping confirmation, I received an email stating that things were taking longer than expected and I could request a refund if I wish to. So I proceeded with the refund however I never got a confirmation. After three additional weeks of struggling with their automated phone and email service, I never received a refund or any refund back to the gift cards that I use. Dashing over storm $150 from me and there's absolutely no human in existence behind her face that won't even give me the time of day to give me the money that they owe.

Fashion Nova shipping

I'm angry, mad. I have ordered from fashion nova done it launched about 3 years I have been on there side through it all first site I would go to, to order never came late. But now it's been about a week in a half and still yet to get my package. I don't want no sorry from them I don't want to hear them say in trying cause if you were then it would be here and I wouldn't have the issue. I will spread the word your company isn't good if my stuff isn't here In another week. I'm terribly upset.

Fashion Nova no package or refund

I ordered two packages from fashion Nova, I made my first order on 11/4/2018 [protected] and my second order 11/13/2018 [protected] I was yet to receive a tracking number for any of my packages or a refund...I have sent multiple emails enquiring about when I would be receiving my packages and I have not gotten a direct response all the emails I have received were mostly computer generated and didn't answer any of my questions. At one point I was told my package was set to be shipped and that 4 days ago and still nothing...I am extremely frustrated and just want my packages or my money back!

Fashion Nova not receiving all of my items, but my credit card was billed

I ordered 250.00 worth of merchandise back on 0ct.29 2018, however, when my order arrived I was missing 2 items Both were in stock when I placed my order.I have made numerous attempts to call fashionnova and email ad well all I get is an e-mail talking about their recent move bla blah and their cardi b collection. I also emailed. Or texted a picture of my packing slip several times.They have not made any attempt to reimburse my card or send my items. I have ordered other items since then 1 I received and the other is still saying unfulfilled which was 7 days ago. I am disappointed because I really like their clothing.I just want my merchandise or my credit card refunded, [protected]@att.net

Fashion Nova customer service

Well I ordered items for Black Friday sale 80 percent off I took advantage of it . When I ordered IT I got a order confirmation number but no tracking number I waited almost a week i send a message to fashion nova and I got no reply back from them. I am still waiting for my tracking number. Be careful when you order here might not get ya money back.

Fashion Nova entire order refunded ; no reason given

After taking advantage of the so called Black Friday sale, I order 17 items and have just been informed that a refund has been issued. (Not yet visible in my account by the way).
No reason was given for this refund. Am I expected to believe that every single 1 of the 17 items I ordered, which were in stock at the time are now unavailable? Because I can still see them on the website, except they are now back to full price.

I honestly feel scammed. Black Friday has been wasted and this is NOT okay. I could have spent my time and the opportunity ordering from other websites.
This is ridiculous.
I have contacted their customer service and am still waiting for a response, 2 days later.
Unreal!

Fashion Nova shipping

Hello, I ordered a few items from fashionnova.com and I was charged for 2 day shipping on Monday and it's been 4 days and i haven't received my package. Now the reason why I did the 2 day shipping is because I'm leaving for vacation so now I leave on Monday and still haven't received my items. I also tried to track my order but it says tracking is unavailable.
