Spent 76$ on 4 clothing items, sent all items back at the same time in one package and only received store credit for 2 of the items. All items were never worn with tags still attached and within the 30 days to return. I will not stop until I get my credit! This is considered theft! They are now no longer returning my emails! Do not shop with Fashion Nova!

I have been ordering from this store for a while and never returned any item. The very first time I return something, they don't respond or give me any update or any store credit. I keep trying to contact them but they do not respond. I have been waiting for a while now and still no response. Fashion nova is the worst and I'm never shopping here again !

So I ordered the dress miracles can happen and have yet to receive it instead in its place they have sent a completely see through completely different design and colour dress! When contacting customer services they simply apologised yet offered no help! This dress was meant for my 21st birthday which is in 5 days which has been explained to them however they are no longer responding to any emails the best they did was offer an apology. Disgusted with their service the dress I ordered was $69.99 the dress they sent was $49.99 so they have scammed me out of $20 plus given me a dress that is completely unwearable.

After a month, I have not received a store credit for returning a dress. I have been email fashion nova for 2 weeks (over 20 corresponding emails) with no resolution. They often just stop replying until you submit another request. I have provided them with my tracking number, a virtual receipt, and other supporting documents at their request. Once I send the information, all correspondence end a with no resolution. Theh advertise EASY returns! Ha! Easy is defihitely not the appropriate adjective to use!

I ordered a package from fashion nova on Sunday for over $100 (which I got on sale for $85). I qualified for two day free shipping and after 4 days, I was notified that my package was delivered. Check outside my house and nothing was delivered. USPS also shows it was delivered but still no package.

I have heard about how fashion nova scams people all the time but I personally have shopped there plenty of times and gotten big packages with no issues. However, this time I bought these clothes for a special occasion happening on Saturday and now will have to spend more money buying something to subsitute what I should have gotten from them.

I am beyond upset and will not stop until I got my package and money back! I will probably stop shopping from fashion nova even though some of their clothes are cute.

Seriously? I have been emailing back and forth for WEEKS and keep getting a generated response because it is the same EVERYTIME. This is RIDICULOUS. I need to speak to a supervisor about this matter as soon as possible. I have had patience up until now. I returned over $100 worth of items that didn't fit my daughter. From the tracking, it was received at 7:10pm on July 31st 2018 by an agent at their warehouse. I was told that there was a delay in the return department. I have sent my order number, tracking number and a photo of the receipt from when I mailed the package MULTIPLE TIMES. The last customer representative told me that I would receive my credit in a few days and that there was a delay in the return department. Now I'm being told there's no record of my return at all! I list the order numbers, tracking number and attach the photo and no return credit still. When am I going to get an actual answer? This isn't how a business should be run. I order from them a lot and I've never had a problem. I am really losing my patience and extremely annoyed right now. I'm pretty pissed off and need an answer. I can't keep doing this back-and-forth without having anything resolved. You return items and the company just disregards your return credit?

I've called multiple times and no answer. I've even waited on the phone for 49 mins to be exact! It's been 3 days and I still have not received a number to track my package which means that it's not been sent out. I paid $6 extra to ship my package within 2-3 days and that's not what is happening. It's been 3 days already and I haven't even recieved a tracking number.

Buyer beware. Fashion Nova is a shady company. They get all their spotlight from celebrities and give them free clothes for free advertisement in return. If you buy from this company be aware they do not have a customer service department. The phone number is just a automated message and you never get a actual person. They claim to have 24/7 customer service but that is not true. If you buy an item and you don't like the quality or it's faulty or you just don't like how it fits. Fashion Nova will keep your money and force you to spend it with them, by issuing a online credit or store credit if you return it at a store. This company is all about getting money, and they do not care about the quality of service they are providing. Beware of spending your hard earn money at Fashion Nova.

I have been trying to get in contact with you guys for over a week, each time I call I'm left on hold for twenty minutes then I get cut off! I'm trying to see what taking my return so long to be processed it said that it take up to 7 days to be refunded and we are on 9 now I have an event that i need my clothes for and I need to place a new order by next week. I never had this issue with you guys before and I'm becoming very frustrated and I don't want to do business with you all anymore if this is going to happen I should be able to call and speak to someone. I've emailed and it seems to be an automatic person responding who doesn't reassure me my concerns are being taking into considertation. Please someone answer my question when will my return be processed

After going through it with their email department for literally three full days and being on hold with their customer service for over 45 minutes to an hour all they can tell me is that they can issue me a credit. At that point I wasn't too upset about it I placed a new order and got over it but then that order got flagged so I called customer service and once again even though they messed up that order an i've been going back-and-forth with fashion nova for literally six days now. After being on hold with them and getting my credit back immediately they still couldn't tell me why it was flagged the all they told me was that it was because of the amount and the shipping and the billing information which makes no sense because I called my bank and they confirmed there was no problem on their part so it was all fashion nova is doing. I keep trying to get in contact with her supervisor because I'm going on a cruise this Saturday and I need to have these close by at least Friday and I keep having to go back-and-forth with their customer service it's terrible. This is the first time I'm having a problem with them and it's the worst problem I've ever had with any customer service ever. The least they could do is help me on find my order and give me express shipping for all the problems they've caused me but they won't even call me back and they leave me on hold for 35 to 45 minutes to even an hour this is the worst customer service I've ever had the miss fortune of having to come into contact with! I'm honestly ready to cry. My cruise is in seven days and I have nothing to wear because of fashion nova poor customer service!

I am so appalled that a company this large will not ever make any changes to an order you buy online. I ordered the wrong size and after I emailed them I was informed they can not make any changes to any order ever! None and to make matters worse they refuse to refund my order so I can buy the right size! What kind of company won't edit online orders ever, do not order from them because you will have to pay to return any thing yourself!

I purchased two of the same dresses from Fashion Nova. The first was too small and the dye was running into the white part of the dress. The second one fit but the dye was running into the white part again. I contacted their customer service via email explaining the issue. I also explained that I had ordered another that was too small with the same issue. I mailed the merchandise back immediately it wasn't until after mailing the merchandise back that I received a response from fashion Nova asking me to take pictures of the damage it was too late i had already mailed the merchandise at the post office with tracking. I recently got an email for a refund for one dress and not the other and now they are trying to say they did not receive the other dress which is lie. I just want my money or the same dress. I am very upset about this. I am owed $50.00

I shipped out 9 items a week ago from order #[protected] and only refunded for two items! I don't understand why because they are all in one package! Usually they are good with refunds but i don't know what happend. It also sucks that they don't have a customer service hotline where you can call and actually talk to someone.
They just want you to keep emailing them which btw either it gets them 2 weeks to reply or not reply at all. Im scared that I won't be getting my money back. Anyone who can suggest legal action that I can do if they don't give my money back?

This is what it is saying on the USPS tracking page for order#[protected]...they do not have the package, can you please send it through the proper channels so my package is shipped and not just sitting there. Please...I ordered this stuff specifically for my trip Aug. 17. Please can u get my stuff moving.

This means they do not have the package, y'all made the label but it has not shipped.out . can you please have them ship.my stuff out. I need my stuff before Thursday. I have a trip to go on and that why I orders this stuff. For my trip. Please can you get this fixed, send it up to whoever you have to but I should have gotten this order before the order I placed.after it. Please.

I keep emailing customer service and they keep telling me about 24-48 hr stuff that doesn't pertain to my order because it was placed over five days ago and I got tracking info for it two days ago and it hasn't been shipped. I never got shipping confirmation after receiving the tracking. This will cause me to not want to ever do business with fashion nova ever again

I returned an item that was too small. It was received on 7/27/18 via UPS. I emailed the company on 8/4/18 with a status update regarding my store credit. They emailed me back stating that the return hasn't been processed. It's been over 5-7 business days and still no store credit. I emailed them again and they said that they don't have record of my return, even after I provided a tracking # to them. It looks like the BBB needs to get involved as well as the AG for fraud. I will not stop here, this is a scam and rip-off. I will be taking further steps against this company. I have been calling and no one answers. The phone actually picked up after 20+ minutes of waiting only to get an automated message stating their hours of business. I called back because I was calling within the time frame stated and have been on hold for 15 minutes.

Please save yourself from these scammers! First they misplaced my order so they where going to give me a gift card according to them. After going back and forth with them for 1 month n half (with an automated message half the times) they gave me a gift card. Once I was going to use it they only gave me part of my refund! $240 down the drain with no products! Customer service is horrible. Save yourself!

Almost 2 months ago I placed an order, I messed up the address & the package had to be returned, understandable. Every single day since then a representative has spoken with me about receiving "credit" This was a birthday outfit, a simple fix. I have yet to revive the credit almost two months later & was recently told this Thursday after avoiding emails that I should be expecting something & then today I'm told I'll have to file a claim! I do not think it is professional or fair for me to file a claim for an order they acknowledged they recieved months ago. It is VERY unprofessional. Help! For an $11 item!

They lack a lot but one of the many problems I have With them is I could Never get a live person on the phone. Ridiculous I had To return an item that I hate and then send you a store credit on a gift card. Which is completely fine, however the gift card happened to be used already which is just ridiculous that means my money went down the drain unacceptable I dont Even understand that can happen they need to be more sufficient things like this should be happening. Unacceptable and at this point and as big as they are stuff like that should have never had happened. I will Be looking into contacting management somehow ! Very disappointed in they're lack of communication and how you can never talk to a live representative makes me highly upset!

I returned two different orders on one return slip and now my return has been considered "incorrect" because I didn't use two different forms for two different orders. I was never issued credit and I do not have my usps receipt. Now they have the clothing I returned to them that I paid for and no credit! I shouldn't have to provide a tracking number to go look for my package. Whether a form was filled out in your way or not some record of some sort should have been made. This is pure incompetence and now I lost money because nobody can read a form with two different order numbers despite the columns being filled out correctly. Bad business!
