Fashion Nova everything

I've paid for an order that was supposed to be shipped in 3-6 days and came in 12 days.Everything ridiculously small so sent back.Its been 1 month since sent it back now and still didn't got any refund or credit back.Nothing.I cannot reach anyone to speak to at all.And their emails are the same all the time almost like a script.Ridiculous.Never ordering again from them.And I'll also file a case with PayPal for frauds.

Fashion Nova order # [protected]

I placed a $200 order on 10/18 and it is not 10/30/2018 and I still have not received my order. Every time I email fashion nova customer service I do not receive any helpful information in return. Your phone customer service sucks, today the least. No live body ever came to the phone after 45 minutes and the call ended on its own- still with no answers. I did get an email saying there was a delay at the warehouse but that was over a week ago and I still have received no information or package. I am livid at this point, I spent a few hundred dollars on your website and get nothing? I cant even get answers about my order. The order number will not let me track my order on your website. I have tried EVERYTHING to get ahold of someone. The money has been deducted from my account with no products to show for it. I am very disappointed, although I love your clothes I do not think I will be able to place anymore future orders from fashion nova unfortunately.

Fashion Nova haven't received my package

A few months ago I ordered various items at fashion nova for over 100€ after a few weeks they told me that my house number is missing so I've send them a email with my full address but they send the package back to their depot.. after getting ignored for ages they finally responded to my 3rd email and said they cant find my package that's it ... what can I do ? Their customer support number is not working I need help.

Just wanted to add my 2 cents about Fashionova. They are not based in the United States, they are in China. Anytime that you see an address that is supposed to be from the states and there is a +1 in front of the "So called Business' telephone number and they dont even have the address in a correct format just RUN THE OTHER WAY. The only time you have a telephone number that is listed in that fashion, they are not even in the country. They have a lot of scams going on over there from everyday clothing to bathing suits that are 5 sizes too small. I wish you the best of luck that you receive a refund because I think that is the same company that was on the news here in Atlanta. The lady was in China and using her friends addresses in the states to return items that were damaged or too small. The friend had a 2 car garage with nothing but returns stacked from the floor to the ceiling, from the back wall to the garage doors. Another customer called the local news and found Fashionova's address listed locally and paid the lady a visit where the returns were going and she started donating all the shoes, clothes, purses, etc, to Goodwill. If you are unable to get a refund dispute it with your bank.

Fashion Nova unfulfilled order

order number: [protected] placed on october 16, 2018 still no date of shipment? this is soo ridiculous! where's my order? i've contacted customer service everyday since the 7 day processing period what the heck is going on. No one can tell me where my order is or when i will receive it? it's been about 19 days since the day the order was placed and still no update on when I will receive the order, no shipping details like what's up fashion nova?

Fashion Nova halloween costume

I recently ordered from fashion nova for a Halloween costume that I rushed and paid for two day shipping since I ordered on the 16 of October and had a Halloween party to attend the 27th they never gave me a conformation email or tracking number so when October 22 came I started to panic I got ahold of them and canceled my order because they posted about a ten day delay and I didn't think I was gonna receive my costume in time I finally got told my refund was being processed after several days and several emails later only for them to still ship my item that I already canceled and now will not accept it back due to Halloween costumes all of a sudden becoming a final sale I have pictures to prove them excepting my refund request and now being told I can not get one after I already went out and bought a new costume for the party I am highly pissed and will never shop fashion nova again it has been more Hassal than anything!

This is the exact same issue I have as well.
(Order #[protected], placed on October 19 at 9:27PM with 2 day Domestic Shipping)
If this is not resolved by Friday, November 2, I am going to report them to my bank and the BBB.
This is unacceptable - no working customer service phone number, late & irrelevant automated email responses, but somehow still have the ability to comment on Instagram posts & send newsletters/discounts via email. I have screenshots of all transactions/correspondence as well.

Fashion Nova customer service/fulfillment

I ordered two packages from fashionnova over two weeks ago. They were both ordered on the same day, on the same card, to the same address, minutes apart from eachother. The first package arrived and the other one, although ordered on the same day, was not supposed to arrive until a few days later. I never received an order confirmation email, and the first email I received for the second order was the tracking number which did not provide the delivery address. I thought nothing of this because the first package arrived without an issue. My package was delivered on Saturday October 20th, however it was delivered to a completely different address. After days of trying to get in touch with fashion nova customer service, I did not receive a response back until Thursday October 25th. The email simply stated that because the package was delivered it's not their problem anymore. Since I am a college student I was dealing with this between classes. I contacted the USPS of the town it had been delivered to and discovered that my package had been delivered to a completely different town. The company sent the package to a different date than the address I input for my order on the website, but since it had been delivered "there is nothing they can do". This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never ordered from such an unhelpful and ignorant company. They basically stole this money as they refused to issue me and refund even though this is completely their fault.

Fashion Nova worst customer service/delay in order

I made a purchase 2 WEEKS ago after purchasing 2 day shipping and I have received absolutely nothing regarding the status of my order. I tried calling and emailing MULTIPLE times, and I keep receiving a generic email. This is such a huge inconvenience. I even ordered early because I have a concert that I am going to, but now I don't even know if it will make it in time. So disappointed.

Fashion Nova wedding date dress/ wine

I ordered my dress for Homecoming on the 22nd of October, I have yet to receive my tracking information for my dress, I ordered normal 3-7 day shipping my dress should be here by now I ordered it last week, and when I try to put my order number on the fashion nova website to check my tracking information it's saying not available, my Homecoming is this Saturday on November 3rd and I don't have my dress, I need my dress by Saturday I payed money to get my dress and I expect it too be here on time, if I don't have my dress by Saturday I'm going to sue fashion nova.

Fashion Nova no shipping info, no refund after ten days

I've already gone ahead and submitted a fraudulent vendor complaint with my bank, but after calling Fashion Nova SEVERAL and emailing SEVERAL times with NO response, I'm utilizing any outlet possible to get their attention because it's been so ridiculous. I ordered three items online and spent about 90$ Canadian on some items. Got an email saying I'd hear back shortly about shipping. A WEEK goes by and I hear nothing. I then decide to email about the package, and got the only response I've received from them about all of this, but a representative name Kevan who informed me that it takes almost a week sometimes to get shipping info. Ok fine, there's a big sale on their site I decided to just go with it. About a day after that, I get an email from them that says that their warehouses are behind but if I don't get any shipping info after 10 days I will receive an automatic refund. On day 11 after getting no email saying it's shipped I click the cancel order link in the email I received a week before. Guess what? It's now been three weeks since I got that email and cancelled. And spoke to a representative. I've sent four other emails to them, I've called and now I'm posting on here. I've now made a fraudulent claim with my bank, who has all the information pertaining to the communication between myself and Fashion Nova. I'm really disappointed and will be telling my friends about this. The worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

Fashion Nova ordered one item!

Ordered one item! Received the wrong item. Super annoying. I want a refund! Contacted customer service, through email as every single time I call in - I am unable to get ahold of a real live person. They expect you to pay for their mistakes, send order back and get a credit. It's because of your employees I even have to go through this process. Super annoying. I want the right item sent to me, or my damn money back. Incompetent people! Order no. [protected]

Fashion Nova shipment delay

I placed my order on oct 18 2018 and have yet to receive and shipment date I've contacted their office like 3 times and keep getting the same email about a 7-10 day shipping . Uh hello I placed my order 10 days ago, y'all were quick about taking my money that same day but can't give me my order. I ordered October 18 so I can receive my shipment by holloween and yet haven't heard crap back. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH FASHION NOVA . THEYRE SCAMMERS! I WANT A REFUND OR MY SHIPMENT LIKE YESTERDAY. FASHION NOVA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Fashion Nova no shipment, no communication

I placed an order on October 12th, October 18th, 19th and 20th.
None of my orders have shipped. I spent a total of $503.74. I placed my first order on the 12th, and on the 18th I noticed it still was not fulfilled. I didn't think much of it at first. (I ordered more on the 18th/ 19th / 20th because I wanted to break up my purchases) It is now October 28th and NONE of my orders have shipped.
What really pisses me off is they have the worst customer service. I emailed numerous times and I have not received ONE response. I just keep getting the generic " we will be in touch in 48-72 hours bs"

I'm never shopping here again.
I have filed an official complaint to the BBB. I have a case number. I recommend everyone file a complaint with the BBB.

Fashion Nova shipping

I ordered a package on the 16th, 17th and the 20th and have yet to receive a shipping number for my items. I'm going to New York soon so I was hoping I would get my items by now, but I guess not. I emailed them and I got a pre-recorded email about their shipping policy, which doesn't help me at all. I paid for 8 items and paid over $200 in total. I want my items or my money back. I'm never shopping with them again!

Fashion Nova shipping

Seems as if no orders are being shipped out. Meanwhile they continue to put a new piece up every day and orders are still being placed.

My order was placed on 10-15 for 2 day shipping. Never received tracking number or order. You can't reach them by phone and when you email them you get the same generic email back from them. Thankfully I paid through Amazon Pay and was refunded on yesterday.

Fashion Nova terrible business!

I almost feel like I got scammed! I ordered friday oct 19th now it's been a week since and I haven't received a tracking number or anything for my order yet I keep receiving offers to order more. I wasn't even aware of the delay till after I made my purchase. I've been emailing & trying to call for the past 4 days & I still haven't been able to get a reply from them. They were quick to take my money for nothing what's so ever. Do not order from fashion nova!

Fashion Nova shipment delay

I recently purchased 2 dresses from fashion nova for my 21st birthday. I ordered on 10/19/2018 and did not state that there was going to be a 7-10 day delay because of the change in distribution center. This is a huge inconvenience.. I've emailed and called but cannot speak to a representative. I would like to expedite my shipping so I can recieve my shipment before Nov 1st but no one will reply back in my email. I'm so upset.. I thought I would recieved my products within the delivery date it said on my order! I leave to Vegas on Nov 1 and need it by then. Or I will need a refund!

Fashion Nova clothes

I placed my order october 12. Its now 13 days later and nothing! My order is still unfulfilled and all 8 items are out of stock now and have been for the past 4 days. Smh what's the point of them keeping my money. They could've issued me a refund days ago. All their emails are just copy paste bs. They don't even look into your order at all. Worthless shut customer service.

Same ! However I was an idiot and placed multiple orders. Smh. A while ago when I purchased from fashion nova, some of my items were out of stock and my order was delayed for that reason. It wasn’t delayed NEARLY as long, I think it was only 5 day processing time. I assumed that this was the reason my order was not shipped ( they had no notice up on their site about any delays when I ordered, and no one from customer service responded or replied to my emails. I then made the stupid mistake of placing 3 more orders.
My first order I placed on October 12th is still unfulfilled and they have not responded to any of my emails. I placed an order then on the 18th, 19th, and 20th ( I really broke my order up to see it it would help me receive something)
I spent a total of $503.74 and they don’t have the decency to have a real person reach out.

One of the first automated emails I received about my order Placed on October 12th had a link to cancel the order and request a gift card. The email also stated that if I chose to wait, my order would be automatically canceled 10 days after the day I placed the order if it still had not shipped. I waited until Sunday the 21st to request a gift card refund. On Monday the 22nd I checked my email and received no gift card. I then emailed support again asking why I had not received a refund or gift card. That was the only time I got a different response ( still automated and a bot) but this one told me my order was about to ship and to keep an eye on my email for the tracking number. That was Monday, today is Friday. No movement what so ever on ANY of my orders and no response from a customer service rep.

Sorry for the novel but I am sharing equal frustration. All the items I purchased are also appear sold out online at the moment - and I will loose my mind if they tell me now - or a week from now- that my items are no longer available.

They should of RETURNED my money then after 1 week. They have $503.74 of my money and they are sending me what I purchased. I reported this to the BBB and filed I formal complaint. I have a case # and everything. I recommend doing the same !

Fashion Nova customer service

I ordered a product saturday night but since I needed it by the next sunday, I paid for 2 day shipping. It stated there will be a 1-2 day processing day and an update will be given.. K I waited until tuesday... No update. I emailed customer service wednesday asking for an update. Their email said they'll contact within 24 hours. It is not thursday night.. Lmao I don't even want the product anymore. I emailed them a total of 3 times. They market like crazy and don't have any sense of any reliable customer service. I'm probably never ordering from here again. Thought it's funny that they don't provide a customer service phone line lmao probably to prevent all the angry customers.

I ordered on October 19th, just 4 items & that's all, it's been almost a week since I received the order confirmation email but not one email on the staus of my order or shipping, I emailed them and still haven't gotten a response & I wouldn't have known there was going to be delays if I hadn't gone looking on their website for a staus on my order. Fashion Nova delayed order

I placed my order on oct 16th for my Halloween costume and have received nothing. It's honestly just so unbelievable that a company with such a huge following doesn't have any sort of proper customer service. I've been unable to speak to an actual person and there's nothing I can do which just makes me irate. If a customer placed an order for delivery within 3-5 business days and they cannot fulfill that order within that time frame it should be disclosed to the customer. I understand issues do occur but there could at least be some communication with the customer. I've shopped here for a while and never had an issue but after this I doubt I will shop with them again.
