I placed an order on October 14th. I got an email on the 19th, after paying for two day shipping, that my order had been delayed and they gave me the option to cancel my order. I cancelled it and chose to receive a refund in the original form of payment. It has been over a month and I still have not received my money back. I have emailed 3 different times, but still no refund. If I don't receive my money back, I will file a fraudulent claim with my bank.

I am writing today to complain about the poor service I have received from your company in only two times I have ordered from your site.

On November 4, 2018, I placed an order (#[protected]) for the amount of $134.38 USD, consisting of NINE items I needed for a journalism work I'm doing abroad, to this date I have received nothing but your poor automated email apologies.

What I'm most annoyed about is that I wasted my time, my money and relied on your faulty service in order to do my job (which is as a correspondent for a news station). My impression of your company has been tarnished, and I am now concerned about how businesses like yours exist!

I trust this is not the way That Awful Company wishes to conduct business with valued customers, and I'm going to make sure all of my social media contacts (which are a lot) know about this, so they won't repeat the same mistake. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss matters further and to learn of how you propose to prevent a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.

I placed an order on October 30, 2018 and was informed that my shipment would be delayed due to the new facility that was being established. I finally received a package in my mailbox, which I thought was strange considering I ordered 6 items in total and couldn't figure out how they were able to package all of the items in such a way to get it to fit in my mail box. Well, they were able to achieve this because they only sent me 3 out of the 6 items I ordered. I did not receive an email about any cancellations or refunds so I fully expected my other items that I already had to wait nearly a month to receive.

I am only posting on here because I am now finding out that this is nothing new for Fashion Nova so I am trying to be as proactive as possible so that I can receive what I paid for. When I checked my account through Fashion Nova it read that all items were delivered under order # [protected].

I purchased two items on 10/10/2018. It's been over a month and my order #[protected] still has not been processed and shipped. I have made multiple attempts to contact customer service and each time I receive the same automated response. During the first week I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because they were moving to a new "state of the art distribution center" but it's now been over 4 weeks and that's unacceptable.

I placed an order weeks ago and still have not been in receipt of anything. I was given a guaranteed delivery date of 11/12 and still haven't received anything. I contacted ontrac and was told they were never in receipt of anything! I tried to check the fashion nova site to track my items and it says there isn't any info available for my order. I've emailed several times, reached out through social media, nothing. I've filed with the bbb and was told they have until next month to reply. If anyone is interested in participating in a class action lawsuit for the same complaint please leave your email

This is reduculous...I ordered on Ctober 31.
Still not getting my package, no updates and no nothing. Emailing them but no answer why it's been taking this long but sending me stupid bot messages offering me 25% off code..I have been very patient and very understanding about their situation which is moving to a new distribution center and stuff but what disgusts me is the customer survive ain't helping at all, hell, they just ignore you like you don't even exist.
FN is dumb and I'm dumber to order from them.
I hope their business goes down and lose their money one daY.

I bought a medium size black "ride with you moto jacket" on October 12 & I sent it back in the mail with UPS on October 25. UPS told me it would reach fashion nova on October 31. The item is too small and I just wanted to get a new one in a bigger size. I even called the fashion nova number which referred me to customer care online. I emailed customer care 3 times and I haven't gotten a response yet. I have yet to receive my store credit. The order number is [protected] ...Thank you

I canceled my order immediately after it was purchased because the purchase was made in error. I was told that my gift receipt and coupon would be added with my purchase. I clicked to see the discount i would receive and it submitted the purchase. I spoke with someone with your company after immediately emailing your customer service to request an refund. That was on November 8, 2018. They explained that I would receive a refund. My merchandise is still unfulfilled. I don't want the merchandise. I ordered from you previously and my ordered wasn't delivered completely, which is why the company gave me a gift card instead of a refund. In an attempt to redeem that and make an addition almost $400 purchase, I still didn't get my discount. I made the purchase in error. I was told I will get a refund of my money. I haven't received an update since then, or my refund. At this point I would just like a full refund and to discontinue my business arrangement with your company.

Please help me with getting my full refund. On Nov. 12, 2018 I spoke via email with Kevin Casco (SPA) in regards to my cancel request for the order I'm writing you about: #[protected]. At the time the product was still not released and he informed me that I would get my refund. On the website the product is still unfulfilled.

I placed an order with fashion nova on 11/01/2018 order number: #[protected] for Jennifer Ruvalcaba of eight items totaling to the amount of $83.64 USD. Today on 11/16/2018 I received my order and I only received three items! I checked my bank statement and the $83.64 USD were already debited from my account. It is really upsetting that fashion nova wasn't able to notify me of this via email! I placed an order on fashion nova's website worth of $147.93 on 10/17/18. I received an email from Fashion Nova on 10/24/18 stating that there was a delay in shipment due to them relocating to a new warehouse and that if my order wasn't shipped within 7days it would be automatically cancelled and I also had the option to cancel my order on that same email which I did on 11/01/18 for a refund. Today is 11/16/18 and I have yet to receive my refund. I have sent them several emails which no one has responded to.

Someone used my bank card to bnb purchase items at Fashion nova. They said unfortunately they couldn't do anything since the cloths were ship. I told them it didn't come to me, I don't wear there cloths. Never ever shop from them a day in my life and never will. All they could do was flag the persons account. Which I find full of [censored]. They know who did the fraud and refuse to help me. All they care about is money and I will work with my bank to expose them and the person who stole my bank card.

I'm so pissed, I ordered AND purchased $366.86 worth of clothes on 10/19. A couple days to a week later they sent out an email saying they were switching distribution centers and it'll be up to a 10 day delay, okay cool.. i'm patient I didn't think nothing of it. After weeks and weeks go by, damn near a whole MONTH I've constantly emailed them, called them, and still no answer. I cancelled my order 4 times, didn't get a cancellation email at all. nothing. This website is trash! I have never experienced such bad costumer service, I ordered from them more times than I can count, now all of a sudden i'm getting scammed. I'm beyond mad, $366.86 all down the drain. I'll never order from here again.

This company is horrible, I must admit I've ordered from them many times, never thought they would steal my money and not send my order. Since October 24, 2018 when I placed it I never received nothing, I emailed them just to get robo emails. How are they still up and running without any type of warnings not to do this to people. They get big entertainers to push their items, than hard working people come along and buy just to be done dirty and disrespected. Yes, taking someone money off their card is stealing. And I will keep pushing even if I have to sue them. It's not right.

I am horrified at the customer service I am receiving in regards to my order [protected]. No emails responses. I was told it would be cancelled if not shipped my 7-10 after my order was received. The order was confirmed 10/19. I have sent several emails with no response! It's been a month no refund no response! $123 of my hard earned money. I messaged on IG EVEN left comments under their posts NOTHING

10-11-18 I placed 2 orders w/FN. A few days later, FN emailed me stating they couldn't fulfill either order & I could wait, but after 10 days, FN will automatically refund my money. After a day or so, fashion nova sends a confirmation email stating both orders were cancelled(after much back&forth) & 10-24-18 FN emailed me saying they refunded both orders in full & it'll take up to 10 days. After 10 days passed & no refund, I requested a receipt from FN showing my refunds being issued to my bank. Fashion nova said they couldn't provide one. A day later, I received an email from FN stating they sucessfully cancelled my orders (again)& to wait for another email(again). They had already sent me that exact email b4 sending the email stating they refunded the money, so basically FN is trying or pretending to start this process all over again. I have emailed FN everyday since & they haven't responded, & I still haven't received my refunds. This is terrible customer service. Fashion nova is a dishonest company & should be ashamed. I have never had such a horrible online shopping experience. Lesson learned. Never order from fashion nova.

For some reason when I track the package is says delivery attempted but I was home that day and no truck stopped by. I need this dress for this Saturday and still nothing. what can I do about please help. I never had issues with delivery before. when to the post office and they have no idea where this package is. was it send? if so can you inform me what I should do.

I will never order from them again. 13 days waiting for an order is ridiculous. Hasnt been processed hasnt been shipped. Been cancelling the order since 6 November. They are refusing to cancel. Order number [protected]. Please spare yourselves the trauma. So disappointed. Appauling customer service. Now if they bother shipping the order they will ship when im outside the country and no longer need product. Absolutely awlful why they wont cancel my order. Is this even legal. My advice DO NOT ORDER from FASHIONNOVA unless you want to be ripped off!

I have never had a problem with fashionnova Infact probably 80% of my clothes are from fashionnova but this order has really discouraged me from any other future transactions !On the 23rd October 2018 I purchased 298$ worth of items, due to the distribution centre there were delays... which weren't told till after the order, I received an email stating after 10 days if the order was not shipped there will be an instant refund however if you want a refund click on the link and you will be refunded. I clicked on the link TWICE ! Emailed the customer service team TWICE... It is the 12th November 2018 still no response from either parties and I'm going on holiday this weekend... thank you fashionnova for the time and money wasted

regarding order [protected] placed on 13 august 2018 and order [protected] placed on 29 august 2018.
when my orders were delayed, i first notified your company by mail on the 5 september 2018, again on the 13 september 2018 and again on the 6 october 2018. my first mail was answered by a maryury reyes informing me to be patient and that my order would come, explaining to me that international orders sometimes take longer to arrive to their destination. this message was clearly a computer generated mail as it was answered within minutes of me sending it. my second mail was answered a day later by keven bardales, also informing me that i should be patient. my third mail was never answered.
the address given on my orders is a fully detailed street address and has been used with successful international delivery (eg romwe) with no problems. if indeed you had a problem delivering to this address then the least your company could have done is sent me a message requesting further information. at the time that my mails were sent informing you that there was a problem, the parcels were still in greece, your support team did not contact me, resulting in the parcels being returned.
i am extremely unsatisfied with your service and expect a full monetary refund for both my orders to be deposited directly to by bank account.

Placed a order they shipped wrong size they said send back and they will give me store credit sent them the tracking number and order number now they are giving the run around not only do they mess up orders but expect you to pay return fees still waiting on my credit next step file a dispute with bank I use to love fashion nova but now I guess I still with stores in my area
