FashionMia FashionMia Review: Poor Quality Products and Disappointing Customer Service

So, I recently purchased a dress from FashionMia for my daughter as a Christmas gift. However, I was extremely disappointed with the product. The fabric was not the same as the picture, and the dress was longer than what was shown in the picture. Moreover, the dress was sewn together incorrectly, and the front could not be worn as it was shown in the pictures. When my daughter tried it on, it was almost ball length on her, which was not what I expected.

I immediately emailed FashionMia to express my concerns, but it took them a week to reply. When they finally replied, they told me that it would be more expensive for me to return the dress to China. Instead, they offered me coupons, which was not helpful at all. I was extremely disappointed with their customer service.

To make matters worse, my daughter had previously purchased a dress from FashionMia a year ago, and she had the same experience. The dress was sewn together poorly, and the picture was not the same as the dress. It seems like Photoshop is a department at FashionMia.

I regret not doing my research before purchasing from FashionMia. I usually google stores before making a purchase, but I didn't do it this time. I learned my lesson the hard way. I would never buy from FashionMia again. It's not worth the risk. The chances of receiving a poorly made product are higher than receiving something you would actually wear. Save your hard-earned money and shop elsewhere.

FashionMia FashionMia Review: Terrible Experience with Dishonest Company

I have had a terrible experience with FashionMia. It has been well over 30 days since I placed and paid for my order, and every representative I have spoken to has lied to me. They told me to close the dispute in PayPal and then my money would be returned immediately. However, today is now August 3, 2017, and I still have not received my refund.

On July 28, 2017, Valerie from the customer service team said, "Please kindly understand that the Financial department is off working during weekend, that's why your Wallet refund delayed. But please kindly rest assured, once your Wallet refund is done, then I will apply for the withdrawing for you timely. Thanks for your tolerance again and again."

Then, on July 30, 2017, Megan said, "I've confirmed with related colleague, your $65.82 wallet refund will be finished within 48 hours. And then we will withdraw the amount from your wallet and refund to the same card you paid us."

And on July 31, 2017, Mandy said, "I have contacted with our related colleagues in financial department and submitted the withdrawing request. The refund will be transferred to the same account you used to pay within next 15--20 working days. Please don't worry."

These are only a few of the many lies and deceitful, purposely misleading emails from this unethical company. These people are the most dishonest criminals I have seen in quite some time. Do not, I repeat, do not buy from these people. They have their product but still will not refund my money. Today is August 3, 2017, and still no end in sight!

FashionMia FashionMia Review: Poor Quality, Expensive Returns, Not Recommended

I recently made a purchase from FashionMia and I have to say, I am not impressed. I didn't realize at the time of purchase that the items were coming from China, which should have been a red flag for me. But I went ahead with the purchase anyway, thinking that the processing time was just due to the company getting items in bulk to provide good prices for customers.

However, after 12 days of processing, only half of my order shipped out. And when it finally arrived, it was in a small plastic envelope that made me laugh because I knew what to expect. The items I purchased were flat and flimsy, with material so thin that it was almost see-through. I even ordered a size larger than I normally wear, just to be safe, but the items that arrived were three sizes too small.

The craftsmanship was also very poor. The seams were jagged and the adornments (buttons) popped off as I tried on one of the dresses. And as I stood in front of the mirror, I noticed that the belt loops were different lengths and heights on the dress, which made it look very shoddy.

I immediately sent an email to FashionMia stating that I wanted to make a return and cancel the remaining portion of my order. But of course, they don't provide shipping labels, so I had to pay $60 to ship my 10 X 13 USPS envelope back to China. And since their website says they are celebrating the holiday for about 14 days, I presume my order will get there in about 12 days and it should take a while to get my refund.

Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience with FashionMia. The items were poor quality and the return process was very expensive and time-consuming. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality clothing at a good price.

FashionMia Terrible Experience with FashionMia: False Information and Scamming

I recently had a terrible experience with FashionMia. I ordered multiple items from their website and only received one of them. When I contacted PayPal to open a claim, they were not helpful at all. I called them three times and explained the situation, but they still wanted me to pay in full even though I only received one item. It was frustrating that they didn't seem to care about their customers and didn't take the time to read through all the evidence I provided.

Luckily, I called my bank and they were willing to dispute the charge as long as I shipped back the item I received and provided the return shipping label. It was a hassle, but at least I was able to get my money back.

After I posted a negative review about FashionMia, they started harassing me through messages on their website and emails. They asked me to take down my review in exchange for a partial refund, but I refused. I stand by every word I said in my review and believe that it's important to let others know about my experience with this company.

I've also reported FashionMia to the Bureau of Consumer Protection under the Federal Trade Commission for false information and scamming. I encourage others to do the same. It's unacceptable that they lied about their quality, delivery time, cancellation policy, and refunds. They even made it seem like they were based in the US when they're actually in China. This kind of dishonesty should not be tolerated.

Overall, I would not recommend FashionMia to anyone. Their customer service is terrible and their products are not as advertised. It's important to do your research before making a purchase from any online retailer, especially one with a history of scamming customers.

FashionMia FashionMia Review: Poor Quality and Customer Service - Don't Be Fooled by Their Website

I visited FashionMia's website back in March of 2018. I was on the hunt for a dress to wear to my son's wedding, which was going to be a grand affair with 400 guests in attendance. As the mother of the groom, I knew I had to dress to impress. That's when I saw it - the perfect dress. I showed it to a few people and they all agreed that it was the one. I knew I had to have it.

Now, I must admit that I procrastinated a bit and waited until the last minute to order the dress. But when I saw it on FashionMia's website, I knew I had to take the chance. I had six weeks until the wedding, so I figured I was good. I filled out all the necessary information online and requested that the dress be shipped to Canada.

A few weeks later, I received an email saying that my dress was on its way. However, I noticed that they were shipping it to the United States instead of Canada. I quickly changed the address and thought everything was sorted. But a week later, I received another email saying that I wasn't going to receive the dress after all. This was just three weeks before the wedding! They asked for my personal information and a picture ID so they could reimburse me. They directed me to a link to fill out the information, but when I clicked on it, the site was no longer available.

I called my credit card company and they said they would look into the matter and take off the amount I had paid. While I was relieved that I wasn't going to be charged for the dress, I was still disappointed that I wasn't going to get to wear it. I really liked it and would have preferred to have it.

A week after the wedding, the package from FashionMia finally arrived. I was excited to see what the dress looked like, but when I took it out of the package, I was disappointed. It looked like a cheap knockoff of a $500 dress and was poorly made. It looked like it was worth only $23. I was glad that I had bought another dress three weeks before because I would have looked like a fool wearing this one.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from FashionMia. If someone had told me about their poor quality and customer service, I would have never gone on their site or ordered anything from them. Don't be fooled by what you see on their website - it's not what you'll get.

FashionMia FashionMia Review: A Disappointing Experience with Poor Customer Service and Cheap Products

I recently had an experience with FashionMia that left me feeling extremely disappointed. I had ordered two dresses from their website, one for an upcoming wedding and another for casual wear around the house. I placed my order on April 12, 2018 and was told that my items would be delivered within two weeks. However, almost a month went by and I still had not received my order.

I tried calling FashionMia multiple times and left several messages, but no one ever returned my calls. I even sent them an email explaining my situation, but still received no response. With the wedding quickly approaching, I was starting to get worried.

Finally, the week before the wedding, I received a message from FashionMia saying that my order had been shipped out. I had already contacted PayPal and they had agreed that if my dress did not arrive at least one day before my flight to Georgia, I would not accept the order.

When my package finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that only one dress had been shipped out. And to make matters worse, it was the casual dress that I had ordered for around the house, not the elegant dress that I needed for the wedding. The material was cheap and the buttons on the front were sewn on slanted, making it look unprofessional. There was even a big opening on one side that was not shown in their advertisement.

Since the dress for the wedding never arrived, I had to use precious time that I had reserved for spending with my family to go shopping for a dress to wear. Unfortunately, the wedding was taking place in a very rural town in Georgia and there was no mall nearby. I ended up having to wear a plain dress that I had packed for the rehearsal and an old skirt and blouse that I had already worn many times before. I was miserable and embarrassed.

I am still trying to get my money back through PayPal, but it is already May 15, 2018 and I have not had any luck. I am extremely disappointed in FashionMia and will never use their website again. I would rather buy from a thrift store than trust their business. If I could curse, I gladly would.

FashionMia FashionMia is a Scam: Don't Waste Your Time or Money!

I ordered from FashionMia in May of 2018 through sitejabber. I received three of my items, but it's almost 2019 and I still haven't received the remaining five items that I paid for. They owe me about $89 and I haven't received any communication from them about a refund. Don't waste your time or energy on this website, it's a scam. All of the positive reviews are from people who work there, not actual customers. They think they're slick with their propaganda, but they're not fooling anyone. The 42% off deal is a scam because they promise to deliver your items in 7 business days, but it's been 2, 3, or even 4 months for some people. It's almost been a year for me and I still haven't received my items. They will give you silly excuses and try to go back and forth with you through emails, but there will never be a resolution. Save your money and go somewhere else. The clothes are not good quality and don't look like they do in the pictures. Spend your money where it's worthwhile and you actually get your items in a timely manner. Don't waste your time on this website, you can find better clothes for cheaper elsewhere.

FashionMia FashionMia Review: Frustrating Experience with Refunds and Customer Service

I recently had an experience with FashionMia that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had ordered a jacket for my mother as a Christmas present, but quickly realized that I wasn't confident about the size. So, I cancelled the order within a few hours and requested a refund.

To my surprise, FashionMia applied the credit to "My Wallet" instead of issuing a refund right away. They also informed me that due to the holiday season, refunds would take between 25-45 business days. I was okay with this and asked them to keep me updated if there were any changes.

After 45 days had passed, I followed up with FashionMia to see what the status was. They informed me that there would be another delay due to the "Spring Festival" and that my refund would be issued by March 20. However, on March 26th, I was informed that my refund would be issued by April 25th.

At this point, I was frustrated and just wanted to get something out of this experience. So, I accepted a credit a few dollars over my refund price PLUS free shipping. However, when I asked how to apply these to a new order, I was given a dozen different answers that did NOT answer my simple question.

Finally, on April 27th, I was told to pick my items, place my order, and stop before the payment processing to have them make the necessary adjustments. I did as instructed, but was shocked to find out that I still needed to pay for shipping. I was offered free shipping a month ago - why wasn't this corrected?

It's now May 31st, over a month since the order was "placed", and I've sent 8 emails to FashionMia with only 1 response. I've been begging them to take the shipping off so we can all be done with this nonsense, but nothing has been done.

Overall, my experience with FashionMia has been terrible. They've made many promises to me, but have failed to keep any of them. If you're considering buying from them, I would advise you to beware. You better hope you love whatever you buy because the consequences of trying to change your mind are ridiculously stupid.

This is a complain about the order B2524298 which is placed from February 2019.
I have ordered 3 dresses and I have received in different times two of them.
I'm still waiting for the third dress and unfortunately I have not been informed about the third dress yet, that Is still not delivered yet.

FashionMia refund not returned

I ordered an orange dress from Fashion Mia around September or
October of 2018. I have sent more than 4 e-mails to Fashion Mia.
I have e-mails to prove it. Fashion Mia will not communicate with
me on a constant basis. I asked for the address to return the dress.
I sent it where I was told to send it and sent the tracking number.
right away. Then I was asked to send a picture of the dress and
item number and receipt where I returned the dress which I did. I am tried of going back and forth and not receiving my refund. The Post Office and UPS no
longer is able to provide tracking information on the package.

FashionMia 4 blouses ordered april

These blouses were supposed to be 4 X, they were WAY to small, even after I used your size chart. These blouses are made of poor quality, poor workmanship, and you should not be allowed to sell these products! I see now that your approval rating is 100 complaints. Had I known this before I ordered, I definetly would not have ordered. I would like my money refunded and a free shipping label sent to me, so I can return these items. Also, I ordered 4, so I would get free shipping. You notified me that one was out of stock and to order a replacement. When I did that, you charged me shipping charges on the replacement. FashionMia plain long sleeve blazer

Coat was too small for the size requested and one button completely missed being threaded onto the material. Went back and forth with customer service.. Each time someone else, each response was ambiguous with no clear path to resolution... I was told one of my options was to give the coat to someone and place another order with modest discount but was never given a clear path to do so... I believe there was a method of ambiguity and confused messaging in order not to deal with an unsatisfied customer... This was never resolved. Their complaint form did not work... Their chat service did not work... I had to take a screenshot of the complaint form and send as an attachment... Still, another service person with the same abstruse messaging. FashionMia dress

I have been trying to receive a resolution in regards to 2 dresses that I have been paid and waiting for with no result. Attached is the screenshot of the conversation I had with fashionmia since even before january.

You will see the 2 dresses there that I was waiting for.

FashionMia customer service - refund money for returned goods

I bought 11 items on january 2, 2019 - on january 31, 2019 I returned 8 of them as they were the size of a small child. I am usually a size 4. After a million emails back and forth, "customer service" stated that they will not return my money as they do not have proof that I returned these items. I provided them with a copy of my receipt and the sku numbers of the items I returned:

FashionMia scam/ripoff/refund not received after returning items

I am highly dissappointed in FashionMia. In December of 2017 I purchased 9 items that were defective, poorly made, and not as advertised on your website. I immediatly returned the items to the company. I was told that I would receive, y refund in the amount of $266.57, however it has been over one year and I still have not received a refund for the items that I returned. I have emailed the company nearly 30 times and their response is that the delay is due to their financial department.

I would advise anyone to never shop on FashionMia's website the items are not as advertised and you will never receive a refund for the items purchased.

THIS COMPANY COPIES THE PICTURES OF OTHER COMPANIES AS THEIRS. IT TAKES 2 MONTHS TO GET POORLY DESIGNED REPLICAS THAT LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES OR FIT PROPERLY. THEY ARE MADE OF THE WRONG MATERIALS, 2 SIZES TOO SMALL AND SMELL. THE COLORS DO NOT MATCH THE PICTURES. I HAVE PAID MORE TO RETURN ITEMS AND NEVER GET A REFUND. THE POST OFFICE COULD NOT ASSIST ONCE IT WENT TO CHINA. I HAVE BEEN SWINDLES OUT MORE THAN 100.00. They told me to return within 30 days. I returned in 5 days. FashionMia refund and cancellation order

I placed an order at fashionmia, 5days later still haven't heard anything, checked website and one of my orders were cancelled, so I decided to cancel all of it and just forget it
When I asked them to cancel, they didn't. And my order is still there and they haven't refunded me either..
Their ignoring all my messages and I want my money back!
In my pictures that I have sent you, one shows my order, the other shows when I've tracked my order and one of the items was cancelled, that's when I cancelled everything, Friday last week.
I tried their website first, it said they had a self cancel, so I did it, and as u can see in the pictures that it said it's been processed and we will be in touch, but again, nothing.
So their website doesn't let me cancel, and getting messaged through they ignore me.
I want my money back and I'm hoping you will help.

This company is a totally a waste. I have received 4 different messages on my order, firstly I had to contact them as I noticed that on the status it said cancelled. I sent 3 mess before I got a response. It apologies and said our of stock and would refund. Then 3 days later I got a message saying it was shipped. The status still said cancelled. All I want is my money back. Today I received a another message.
