This biz said they'd give me a free $300 coupon to shop on their site if I went to a Palm Springs event. But, I still haven't got the coupon even though I drove two hours to the event and hit them up four times by phone and email.

They scammed me with the shipping price and I still haven't gotten my order after 6 months! They just ignore my emails. I want my money back! I ordered from Boswell fashion on Fashiongo and they said shipping was $15, but my bank statement showed a $68 shipping fee. I told the vendor there was a mistake, but they said they gave me the wrong price. I said I didn't want the items anymore, but they ignored me. I contacted Fashiongo and they said to talk to the vendor, but they ignored me too. I spent $163.49 on clothes I haven't gotten and both vendors are ignoring me. This is very stressful and they have bad customer service. I just want my money back. This company sent my purchase to MD even though I put my billing and shipping address in TX. No one offered to help me out. I made an order with Fashion on 12/10 with two different vendors. The order numbers were *** and ***. The total cost was $310.50 with shipping being $46.58. They were supposed to ship my order on the 18th, but I never got it. When I checked, I saw that they sent it to MD instead of TX. They didn't say on their website that I couldn't use a PO Box. When I talked to the supervisor *** in shipping, he said that a team member sent my stuff to an old address because they couldn't send it to a PO Box. But instead of sending it to my current address, they used an old mailing address without asking me. I don't use that address anymore. No one told me anything. He said they called me, but that's not true. The number they called was a Google number that I can't access. When I talked to him on the 18th, he said I would get a discount and free shipping. But he didn't contact me for two days. When I reached out to him again, he said he couldn't do anything. I'm a new business owner and this mistake sets me back a month. He didn't care. It's their mistake, but I have to fix it myself. After I complained, he said I could wait for the order to come back to them, then wait for them to send it again, or cancel the order and start over. He couldn't tell me how long it would take to get my refund or the merchandise. So now I don't have any inventory for December and when I get it, it will be out of season. This is a big problem. I spent over $*** with this company during a pandemic and I'm very disappointed in their lack of professionalism. I emailed the vendors, but I haven't heard back yet. If I don't get a response this week, I'll have to get legal help.
