I purchased a lot of items on bash app. When I received the items, my invoice was not yet available under my profile in the app. Bash loaded 1x invoice more than 12 times. When I sent an email to their customer support, I got the following reply: Please provide us with the SKUs on the items you like to return so we may assist. I don't even know what they are talking about. I only want my invoice to go to the relevant store and exchange for a bigger size

I placed an order online on Sat 6/08/2023 2 ladies from foschini church called advising me tht thy hv sent someone else order 2 my address, i asked to contact the courier nd request the order not 2 be sent 2 my address,I further asked thm if I will receive my order nd I was assured that my order was being processed nd it will be delivered, 2 my surprise today I received the incorrect order with my order number nd the description of the cloths tht I order apparently the is no process 2 trace or reorder the cloths tht I want I will just receive a refund imagine the inconvenience I now hv 2 suffer for untrustworthy staff members

So, I hired this bartender from thebash.com for my party and let me tell you, it was a disaster. The guy just straight up vanished halfway through the night and I was left with a bunch of thirsty guests. I tried to contact the bash to get a refund on the deposit I paid through them, but they're giving me the runaround. It's been weeks and I still haven't gotten my money back.
