Fantastic Sams Cut & Color review: lack of knowledge, refusal of service

I respectfully asked them to do the tapper cut, she said 'the fade' . So I explained the style of haircut I wanted and she repeated 'the fade' so I asked if she could talk to one of the other professionals to see of they knew how to properly preform the cut then she called her peers and they refused service, they said i msde them feel uncomfortable and said i used profanity, nun was used .
