Hello. My apologies to begin with, but I am so frustrated as to why I cannot get my $250 deposit either refunded or added to my fantasy account. So last week, August 15, i opened a fantasy account and made a $250 deposit with my AMEX. This account was using my [protected]@yahoo.com email. Later that day I realized I had another account, which used my [protected]@gmail.com account back in 2020, which I never made a deposit. Therefore my accounts were suspended for duplicate accounts. Again, I wasn't aware of this, so I deleted my original account with the email [protected]@gmail.com, but then FanDuel deleted my [protected]@yahoo.com account and said I must use my [protected]@gmail.com account. This is fine, but I lost my $250 deposit in my fantasy account, and nobody has been able to help. I email daily and although I get a response, its never to correct. I feel like I am being avoided or made to feel like I am making all of this up for $250. I mean come on, the $250 must be in my other account. I never made one wager with it.

Desired outcome: I want my $250 deposit either returned or added to either my fantasy or sportsbook account, please.
