Famous Footwear review: Giftcard

I actually had a wonderful expierence with Corey at the willoughby store last year over some bad gift cards I'd purchased at christmas time. I bought 3 100$ gift cards and went to use them and only 1 worked for some reason. I literally fought with them inside your store that is directly next to your store. Thats why Corey believed me because I'd purchased them then walked right to your store. Well GE was not willing to help and Corey saw a mom at christmas and honored the 300$. Well I had to return over 200$ in shoes but took a new giftcard credit back and wanted to save it. Well I just tried to use it and of course it says theres no balance! I just dont understand and am so frustrated again.
