Factory Outlet Store miele bag 7189520/p204

the vacuum bag does not fit and does not work w/ my miele vacuum. It does not collect the dirt rather the dirt and dust circulates in the actual vacuum and does stay in the bag because the seal is not adequate. This is a poorly designed rip off/scam

i ordered the bags in Oct 2017 - order number fos7940922e.

i want what I ordered 3 sets of 5 miele gn vacuum bags plus filters

if that is not possible I want a refund

Factory Outlet Store refrigerator filters

I have never had such a bad experience buying online. Ordered 6 refrigerator filters. They sent the wrong ones. When I went to change the filter 60 days later, it would not fit. I called them and asked for a refund or replacement of the correct filters. They refused to refund more than 3 of them, because it had been more than 30 days (even though they had never been unpacked). Not only that, but they refused to refund anything at all, but would only give me credit for other purchases. Then they told me that they DON'T STOCK THE FILTERS I NEED! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that he was busy! These guys are crooks and I am out $300 for filters that I can not use. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!

Factory Outlet Store return

I am returning 2 bags that did not fit me properly.

These bags are in the same condition as when I receive them. They simply did not fit.

Your website says they MAY be subject to a restocking fee. I believed that this would be if they were used and we're not in like new condition. Now I am told it will be charged no matter the condition.

This is extremely misleading and I do not believe I should be charged for restocking fee.

I also need to be sure I will not be charged the "free shipping". Also, as you advertised "free shipping" it would not be free shipping if you try to recover the charges on the items returned.

I feel your information is very misleading. If you need to charge a 15% restocking fee it should be clear that this WILL BE CHARGED. It should not say MAY BE CHARGED.

The wording in your information leads me to believe that if I do not use the items and they are returned in new condition I will not be charged the 15% restocking fee.

If this cannot be resolved, I will be contacting the BBB as I feel this is misleading and dishonest.

Factory Outlet Store stereo earphones

SCAM Outfit. Ordered Stereo Earphones for my daughter. Was sent a discontinued item with ONE earpiece. Wanted to send me a stereo set at an additional price. The "Bait and Switch" companies still exist. Now they want me to pay return shipping and 15% return charge. Customer service would do better if their representatives spoke English. One of the most unethical companies I've ever dealt with.

Factory Outlet Store disappointed

What they say about their same day shipping is a big lie. I ordered an item 2 weeks ago and it hasn't been shipped yet. And there's no obvious reason for it. They just don't care.
I thought that maybe the item was out of stock but I see it on the website every day.
Maybe I would find the reason out if they replied. So their customer service is a huge mess as well.
Nothing positive to say. Disappointed.

Factory Outlet Store don't buy from them

After dealing with I understood that I'd better shop elsewhere, preferably offline.
Their website states that they ship the same say. It's great to know and when you order you expect them to keep their word. I live not far away from Syosset (it;s where their HQ is situated), and I thought that my package would arrive fast.
No, I was wrong. Not only they hadn't shipped anything on the same day, but also they didn't provide me with a tracking number. Only after sending them 10-15 emails I got what I wanted.
The item hasn't arrived yet, by the way. I ordered it one month ago...

Factory Outlet Store jura espresso machine water filters

I ordered 6 Clearyl white water filters for the Jura Compresso Impressa F7. I received the filters today but they are an off brand and I do not want them. They are not what I ordered, and the quality is not the same as the Clearyl. How do I return them for a refund to my credit card? I have ordered the Clearyl for years so I know the difference in quality.

Factory Outlet Store gps motorcycle mount

This firm appears intent on deception of the consumer at many levels. They post an on line website which leads the customer to conclude that the are an authorized Tom Tom (GPS System) Franchise, which they are not. The products are not clearly identified as to limitations of features.
I purchased a TomTom Motorcycle Mount, and attempted to return the product within twenty minutes of receipt because of a non fuction, and found that returns are subject to:
1. 15 % Restocking Fee. (For an item that was not as represented)
2. 20% Penalty for damaging packaging (Packaging was sealed and required cutting to open the product.)
3. Shipping of the return paid by the consumer.

Factory Outlet Store order #fos7736549e

This company which is represented as AT&T Factory Outlet Store on their website sold me something for my new AT&T cordless phones which clearly did not work with these phones! It took me several days to get a return/exchange form and the form said I had to agree to have 15% fee withheld from my refund because the item wasn't defective. I called and argued with a rep who FINALLY said they would give me a full refund (after I asked for a supervisor). However, they refuse to put it in writing! All this for a $24.95 item - they misrepresent their products and don't tell you in advance of the processing fee. If they told me, I would have broken the darn thing and told them it came that way (not really, but it's a thought).

Deceitful Merchant Steals Customer's Money

It is ridiculous that this company gets away with this! I bought a new phone for hearing impaired people with an extra handset and slow play answering system for my mom. She also has dementia and doesn't understand what you say unless you speak slowly. I was so excited to get this phone system and installed it immediately. Now I could talk to my mom on the phone and she could hear me. NOT! The base station would not charge the handsets. The extra handset base worked, but not the base station. I want to return it and shop for something different. After getting the return form, I find out I have to pay a 15% restock fee and the shipping on a defective phone that they sent me. This company's getting rich off of the restocking fees for all the defective merchandise they sell! The phone was way over priced to begin with. That just means the 15% restocking fee will be more. Funny, there was no mention of this policy on the order form. I wish I had read all these complaints before I ordered anything from them. NEVER AGAIN!

Factory Outlet Store unethical, fraudulent, rip off, do no do business with this company, you have been warned!

I ordered a Plantronics CS530 wireless headset from FactoryOutletStore.com, and I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of product, terrible customer service, and lack of response on my issue. The headset I received was damaged/scratched with a large scuff mark down the front of the charging station. The earpiece was dirty with dust, earwax/hair inside of it. This is also a health concern as well.

I requested a supervisor the first time I called in and this foreign lady told me she was getting the supervisor and put me on hold for over an hour in limbo i'm sure just to get me to hang up. Then I emailed and received a response that I would receive a callback within 24 hours. I still have yet to hear from the supervisor that I was promised.

I also called yesterday to get a return label for this poor quality/dirty product and have yet to receive it. It doesn't take that long to get a return label. I just called in again today regarding this and another forein guy stated I would get this in a couple hours because it had to be "forwarded" to another department? really? Get with the program people. This is not how you run a business. Note I still haven't received the label as promised and it's been well over a couple hours now.

At this time I have filed dispute charges with my credit card company to get my money back. In addition, I will be filing fraud charges and consulting a lawyer next.

I regret ever making a purchase with this FactoryOutletStore.com . If this is the way you treat your customers you won't be in business for long. I wish I had reviewed your business online with the BBB first, 65 negative reviews? Really? Just awful.. You should just close your doors.

Factory Outlet Store minn kota trolling motor

I placed an order for a Minn Kota Ulterra trolling motor and paid them 2669.00. The trolling motor was shipped to my boat dealer for installation on a new boat. The boat dealer upon opening noticed the glass screen was cracked on the remote control that operates the motor. They took a picture and immediately notified me. They installed the trolling motor on my boat and informed me the remote did not work as well as having the glass cracked. I contacted Factory Outlet Store and told them what happened. They said they needed to do an "Investigation". The dealer emailed them the picture of the cracked remote and Factory Outlet Store in return sent me an email as well as the dealer saying the case would be resolved in 2 to 5 days. Well after more than a week I called them and was told since it was over 30 days there is no warranty. This was not true. I asked him "Leo" when it started and ended and he could not give me the answer. After pressing for this information it was determined that it was withinn the 30 days. They still would not help me and the only response I was to get from here on was to call Minn Kota and go through them. This is unacceptable as they had me hanging on to a useless trolling motor on my boat for weeks that I could not use and they had no intention of doing anything for me anyways even though it was within their own 30 day policy. It's companies like this that should be reported to Better Business Bureau which I certainly will do!

They stole my money too! Sent payment in form of Postal Money Order, (certified mail) They keep giving me a Song & Dance, They didn't recive payment.B.S! THEY SIGNED FOR IT! My opinion, They are Unscrupulous and Underhanded! Buyer Beware!

They STOLE my money too! Sent a Postal Money Order for gps unit, (certified mail) They claim it was never recived! B.S! I Have delivery confirmation! They signed for it! I have yet to recieve confirmation, or tracking# for my order! It's been well over a month since they recived payment. This is a Unscrupulous, Underhanded Outfit!

My son brought a Minn Kota 5 speed Trolling motor for his boat mind you he was 16 and saved all his money to buy this motor. When it arrived he waited several day to install it on the weekend, and when he did it did not work on all speeds just two he thought he had wired it wrong and waited till daad got home from being out of town and he verified that it was wired correctly, So when I called to see about an exchange they said I had to have the original box. I thought that was crazy/ I asked if there was a way they could keep the original from the exchange because we did not keep the original box and they said no. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they Said they would have one contact me. Three days later I was contacted and same story. I found a small company several towns south of me and the helped us by repairing it on warranty. Thank goodness for the small town company that still cares about customers. they found that the controller was not working except on 2 speeds and when he received his parts and installed it found that the armature was bad also and we waited two more weeks. So all in all about a month before we had a working trolling motor. And yes in small print it says to keep your box for returns and exchanges. But lets get real a box is a box. MINN-KOTA a great company. Factory Outlet we will never do business AGIAN. BE WARNED

I bought a trolling motor from the factory outlet store. I was told it came with a foot pedal and a built in transducer. It came with none. I made it very clear that i wanted the foot pedal, and they said it came with one, it did not. I contacted them and they said that it does not come with one. I took a picture of the order and it said it did come with one, it also said it comes with a built in transducer . I contacted Minn Kota, they said they are not affiliated with them at all. They work out of a office, and sell all sorts of stuff, and stock nothing. Minn Kota told me that the trolling motor I bought they do not make it with a built in transducer, but the Factory outlet store had it listed as it came with. When I contacted them one days after i got my motor to report no foot pedal or transducer, and they had changed there web site and had taken out the foot pedal and sonar transducer. They keep saying nothing they can do. I am doing what i can to stop someone else from getting ripped off. Do not bye anything from them, it is a ripoff.

Factory Outlet Store I couldn't make an order

I had nothing but trouble with Factory Outlet Store! Bought a cell phone from them and paid for my order, but later received a message stating that there was something wrong with my card and they asked me to contact them as soon as possible.
Well, I did and heard only how sorry they were for all the trouble.
I then decided to order using another card and the same thing happened. I asked them what was the matter but they didn't know anything. I buy everything online and I have two cards which I always use and never ever I had any problems. This kind of thing happened to me for the fist time and I'm not happy that Factory Outlet Store couldn't help me.

Factory Outlet Store false advertisement

I ordered a Uniden UDR780HD Security System from the website, when I got the product it was a lower grade model UDR777HD and would not connect properly. I contacted the customer service who charged me $200 to resend a new order until I sent in the old one. They told me the order was sent at 11 am. At 3pm they tell me they decided not to send it because there is no difference in the models. Even though countless times I pointed out the 777 model is cheaper on their website. I called Uniden twice and they validated that the models are different but they keep telling me there is no difference. I informed them that I had to go out of town and I already paid for the install of the security system. Uniden is willing to send me the 780HD however I would have to remove all cameras and send it back to them, they also stated I do not have a valid warranty with them because my receipt says its for a 780HD and my unit does not match that so they would not be able to honor a warranty. Which Factory Outlet knew that I needed this shipped today due to traveling. They refuse to give me any resolution. I asked if we can call Uniden on a 3 way call and they said no. They refuse to send it out saying that I would just receive the same model again. If they do not have a 780HD model they should not have it on their website. And if they are going to send a 777HD when you pay for a 780HD they should not be charging the money.

Factory Outlet Store uniden cordless phone batteries - beware of overcharges/ripoffs

I placed an order with a live CSR at [protected] for a 3 pack of batteries and was charged $35.95, I later looked online when I realized my order receipt had a different model number, only to realized the 3 pack was only $16.35. Although I was refunded the difference, I am under the impression this is common practice with this company.

Also, I was charged $3.95 for priority processing and my order still will take 8 days to arrive.

Factory Outlet Store I was scammed by factoryoutletstore!

My experience with Factoryoutletstore was terrible and my case still remains unresolved. I have purchased a battery from Factoryoutletstore and had many issues with my order. First they said that my order will be here within 5-7 business days but in reality it took 23 days to get my battery.
I contacted them many times and every time they told one and the same thing that my order was on its way.
When it finally arrived it was damaged! I contacted Factoryoutletstore support service and they asked me to ship it back and promised a replacement. I sent the battery back and that was it! They simply scammed me and I did not get my replacement!
Stay away from Factoryoutletstore!

Factory Outlet Store no support

I am very disappointed with Factory Outlet Store! I bought a laptop from them and they assured me that I can call if anything happens and they'll provide all the necessary help. Well, that was just a lie and when I actually contacted them they refused to help me.
They gave me a run around and refused to provide technical support!
They also said that they never promised me anything and said that if I had problems with my laptop I had to take it to a local repair shop.
Please don't buy from Factory Outlet Store, they don't care about their customer and they are real liars! I don't want to do any business with them in the future!

Factory Outlet Store surveillance camera system udr780hd

Dear Factory Outlet Store:

The products received under order #FOS6851500E are unfortunately defective. The survellaince system was purchased on 10/28/16 as a Christmas gift for my son. The product was back ordered and arrived on 11/16/16.

Upon receipt of the product, I put the item away unitl Christmas morning. My son and I worked on installing the unit on 12/26/16.

The issue is with the camera's and the monitor; We receive an out of range indication on the monitor every 5 minutes or so. In other words, the system connects and then disconnects. THe camera and the monitor are aprroximately 60 feet from each other. They are installed in a typical residential home. No brick exterior (stucco), no concrete interior (dry wall).

We tried both cameras with the same result. We reset the monitor using the reset button and re-paired each of the cameras to no avail

When I walked towards the camera with the monitor, I received a 4 bar signal about 30' away. The signal remained constant and did not disconnect at this range.

The camera is mounted to the outside of my garage about 10' feet from the ground.

Uniden Tech Support referred me back to you, stating the Factory Outlet store is a separate retailer.

My son and I really wanted to make this camera system work. We've tried everything. The tech rep indicated there was something inside the house causing the signal interference between the camera and the monitor.

I would like to return this system back to Factory Outlet for a refund. However, I'm well past the 30 day return window as the purchase was made as a Christmas gift. The Factory Outlet should take into consideration that products purchased in the 4th quarter could potentially be a Christmas Gift and extend the 30 day return window during the Holiday Season.

It will cost at least $20 to ship this item back to you. You will also assess me a 15% restocking charge when issuing the refund. That's a HUGE hit for a product that's defective through no fault of my own.

Factory Outlet Store policy/customer service

I called the factory outlet store the other day to talk about Bluetooth headsets. I explain to the guy that my coworkers had the AT&T TL 7610 I believe which allows you to plug the phone line directly into the base of the charger in other words they're needed not be any actual phone in between. he told me he completely understood what I meant and even repeated back to me that there would not be a need to have a phone and suggested to slightly newer model that would have the same feature. I paid to have it priority shipped to me because I really needed it for my at-home job. Lo and behold the package came and it did not have a plug for a phone cord it needed a telephone to operate. That was not at all what I discussed with the man on the phone and you can listen to the phone call to see that I explained it explicitly. Then, I had to pay almost $12 to ship it back to you guys. I sent them a copy of the receipt requesting that all the shipping should be refunded to me because this was their error clearly. Not to mention the inconvenience it caused me for my job. I got a response saying it's against their policy to refund shipping. I certainly understand that but when you make the air the customer should get a refund. Why should I pay for your mistake? I am very unhappy and I will never shop on that website again nor will I recommend it to any of my call center coworkers.

Factory Outlet Store samsung battery availability

Ordered the battery on 12/15/2016 and paid an extra $30.63 for overnight shipping. Web site listed it as "in stock." As of 12/17 there was no tracking number issued so I called customer service. The representative stated that the battery was on back order even though their site still lists it as "in stock." Representative said when it comes in it will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days. When I stated that I paid for overnight shipping she agreed to drop the additional shipping charge and just charge me for tax. We'll see.
