Facebook review: Relationship status on facebook not working 169

I looked on my statement and says you have taken 53.04 out of my account.. I have never use my debit card on facebook nor would i make a purchase on facebook for anything, I want my money back. This does not make any sense!

I had difficulty cancelling on their website for credits and my account was charged.

I have had 16 t even know what it is for.3.00 charges taken from my debit card that I did not do and don't even know what it is for. I did not authorize this and I would like my charges reimbursed back to my account.

Chase will refund your money. Go to your bank or call the 800 number and tell your story.

I bought chips for $39 and they double billed me. It was taken out of my account twice.

I was charged $74 for something but I dont need to advertise or even hadve a bussiness! I dont know how u got my info?

I am sorry to hear this happened to you, but why does Facebook have your credit card number in the first place?

If you did not make a purchase, have the charge removed from your credit card by calling your credit card company and denying the charge. You can't be charged for something you didn't buy. You don't need to contact any company about a fraudulent charge to your credit card. You need to contact the credit card company. Don't bother with Facebook; contact your credit card company.

The same thing just happened to me. I tried to buy $5 worth of estate cash, it didn't seem to go through, so I tried twice more. Then I got a message from them saying there was a problem with my card. OK. I then called my card server and was told that all three attemtps had indeed gone through and they had the $15. This happened last week and after sending two emails to them I still don't have the cash. I really don't now how to deal with this. I know it's a small amout but if they are doing thyis to a large percentage of people who do buy from them, they are making a pretty penny off us and we're paying interest on that money as well. Perhaps a call to the Attorney Generals office, or the Better Business Beaureau. If anyone know how to successfully reach them please post.

When I am on Facebook's classic web interface I can see that I am in a relationship with my significant other. But when I am using my phone I cannot see it on my profile. My boyfriends phone shows that he is in a relationship with me but when he goes to my page it doesnt even show "in a relationship." How do I make it show up on my timeline?

Yep, it's about time you live your own life! Cleanse yourself of that nasty, communicable disease we call Facebook and find a few friends that have a pulse. Or, invest if a few little kitties - unless you're already known as the neighborhood cat-woman.

I was blocked from Facebook as they said an unknown person had tried to access my account. I followed their security instructions of changing passwords and inputting security code but every time I try to log in it instructs me to change my password. Having done this 4 times and e-mailing their so called customer service I am still unable to get in and have had no response.

Update 3-2-2012 Facebook has falsely labeled me as a spammer and blocked my from posting to pages even knowing that I am the victim of campaigns of frivolous complaints and harassment. I am convinced that nothing short of lawsuits and/or a mass exodus from Facebook will clean up their mess.

Since this is just a place to vent, I would recommend contacting Facebook directly. There is noone here who can help.

They disabled my account too - I had over 2000+ photos and had been a member since 07..
No explanation was given, nor have I received an email from their 'contact us if you feel your account was disabled by mistake' or whatever it is.
Anyways, did you ever get a reply back? At this point I just want my photos.

Sounds like you need to review your complaints, has nothing to do with facebook. If you have malware on your computer from clicking on 'must see' videos and 'see who views you profile' ### and not running proper measures to keep malware out and/or remove, it's your own fault.

Holly Smokes. Someone stole your info. and made charges. You gave facebook 8 hrs. to fix it. They didn't steal your card, and 8hrs! With their 10 billion customers. I'm shocked they didn't jump immediately on your concern. I know it sucks, is unfortunate, and yes, criminal. But don't put all the blame on facebook.

Facebook claims it a social network site but many people get blocked or even banned for "social networking" too much. Just make sure in future you only send requests to people you know and only do a few at a time, if you post too often or too quick over a set amount of time facebook will log it as spam.

I am lilfreak1334 and I am not able to go to the sales or even follow someone, or go to the rooms they are in however you want to look at it, this has been going on for at least 4 days. I don't know what to think or do, I mean I can visit peoples houses just not live visits, grrrrrr. I have money I cannot spend too that is a little frustrating.

I just got the same thing, I'm being blocked for 4 days of adding friends because I tried to add a friend to my Facebook that I went to high school with and facebook claims I don't know them...How the heck does fb know if I know them or not...this is the second time in less than a week they have don't this to me, , , the first time I was blocked for 2 days...whats going on with Face book...

I had this problem but I figured out how to fix it! You and your significant other should try clearing your relationship status and then one of you should request the other person to be in a relationship with you. Wait a while, and have that person click on the button in the upper left hand corner of the facebook sign (this button is the friendship request button) even if it doesn't look like you have any new friendship requests. That person should have a relationship request waiting there. If it doesn't work at first, wait a few hours. Good luck, guys!

My problem is tht I send a "relationship" request to my boyfriend, and it tells me that it's waiting for a confirmation.. Then i tell him that he can accept it now, and he goes to accept it and nothing is there... he sends me a request too but nothing shows up...plx can u solve this problem ...
