Was told a no-obligation repair estimate would be forthcoming upon receipt of the glasses. After politely declining the extortionate quote, I was met with abuse including, "Wow. You really thought this whole thing is going to be like five bucks?" He offered a discounted price, but the trust was long gone by then. After more abuse following my agreement to pay return shipping, he dragged his feet, saying it was not his priority to fetch them from New Jersey to return them. As his mercy, I waited. Over a week later he mailed them - minus the case, and with the parts all thrown into one bag where the lenses could be damaged by he loose parts. An horrendous experience.

Desired outcome: Refund S/H or at least my case returned.
