EyeglassesDepot – Deserve negative stars

Customer service is non existent. They are beyond rude and act as if you are inconveniencing them. I asked for my order to be overnighted to me. I was told as long as I sent a label it could be done. Now they shipped it slow boat and I won't have my glasses for a work trip. They also said they can't accommodate people's vacations. No where in my email was there a suggestion I was going on vacation. To the contrary, I just had a cornea transplant and must wear glasses at all time to protect my eye. This company is the WORST! AVOID AVOID AVOID.
