Polycarbonate lenses scratched after less than three months of indoor use. I use reading glasses occasionally; I use software zoom when working on a computer. The polycarbonate lenses on my wife's glasses (all-time use, progressive lenses) don't have a single scratch after over years of use. After contacting customer service, the agent first tried to convince me I'd had them for over three months. When I proved otherwise (dates from email), he started telling me I hadn't purchased a warranty. Where's the manufacturer's warranty for $120 lenses? Be careful with this company and check your lenses under bright light immediately after delivery. I did it less than three months after delivery. These are my first glasses, and I had no idea a company that supposedly has good Google reviews could behave this way, probably paying for it. Google is also responsible for this; reviews for money are a scam.
