7:29 pm EDT did not received product when company should have sent item with signature confirmation.

I order on the 10th, they sent me a receipt on the 13th, I waited till the 20th (the 20th) and when I checked the tracking which I paid $8.95 to send it priority it said that it was delivered on the 19th which I never received. When I called them they said that I did not paid priority/signature tracking. Here is a copy and paste from my receipt. I am out of $45 because of this irresponsible company.

I want to return my eyeglass frames and they don't answer the phone, return calls or emails. I'm afraid (after reading lots of negative reviews) that if I send them without an RMA I won't get a credit. I wish I would have read the scary reviews about this company. I purchased the glasses on 5/1/19 and received them rather quickly. Order no 35891. Seraphin Eyeglasses ROLLINS. Paid over $200.

Ordered over a month ago, payment cleared 2 days after order. No response to my phone calls or emails. Many times unable to even log into my account on line. Web site appears to have a couple of glitches. I have requested a refund but have not seen it or any response to my complaint. Next step my credit card company!

I have contacted this company multiple times about my order, sent emails with no response and many phone calls with no response:( very disappointed, I would not recommend anyone to order from. I'm very disappointed in them and appears to be a scam, hopefully through PayPal I will be able to get my money back. Once again DO NOT order from them unless you want ripped off!

I ordered frames on 4/13/18 and was told my order status was "pre-authorized." It's unclear whether they have the frames or not. I've called three times and gotten only the voicemail, no response. I need my frames! If EyeDocShoppe can't fill the order, they should not have listed the frames on their site. If they can fill the order, the frames should be in the mail, and I should have confirmation of that. At the least, they should return phone calls within 24 hours. I want my order filled and sent. I can't see to do my work.

I lost my money because of them and received wrong glasses!
When I made my order I sent them a prescription that I received from my doctor but my glasses were too weak and I was not ale to see a thing.
When I contacted EyeDocShoppe they said that they did everything according to my prescription and that if there was something wrong that was not their responsibility. They said that maybe my doctor gave me the wrong prescription and I really did call my doctor and he assured me that there was no mistake. And of course I believed my doctor! He never did any mistakes and he was my doctor for over 20 years. EyeDocShoppe is a terrible company and people working there are just a bunch of liars. So in the end I lost my money and wasted even more because I had to buy another pair. Do not deal with this site!

I have ordered sunglasses and lenses from Within 24 hours I got the automated response that they would contact me within other 24 hours. But no one really did; therefore I sent 3 emails per week. Next week the same, but they didn’t respond. It was very annoying and unpleasant to wait for the response. It was the worst deal for me and so that I wouldn’t advise other people this store.
