"The Exxon station at corner of Space Center Dr and Genoa Red Bluff & use an Exxon CC. With my Exxon CC & rewards card, I've caught them more than once charging the higher price for gas than they have posted on their sign for CASH or EXXON CC. Today was the final straw. The sign had $3.81/gal for CASH or EXXON CC. The pump came up $3.91/gal. I asked them why & was told '$3.81/gal' wasn't effective yet - I said 'it is on your sign!' I immediately left and went to the Exxon station at Fairmont/Beltway 8 & filled up with no problem at $3.77/gal. Just watch price on pump if using an Exxon CC. Previously they've corrected the price when I approached them, but not this time. I just wonder how many just fill-up without realizing they are being over charged if they are using an Exxon CC" Posted to warn neighbors & have had many reply they have also been subject to problems at the station.

I don’t use them because they charge .10 more if you’re using even a debit card plus they don’t honor your loyalty card. I always go to Fairmont/beltway 8

I stopped using them when they cheated me out of gas. I was at the pump pumping and I stopped it while looking at it and the price kept rolling. There is something clearly off with the station and I will never go back

That one Exxon has always been shady, why I don't do business there

Yesterday I stopped to get gas at the Exxon on the corner of Cedar Grove Lane and Easton Avenue in New Jersey. The attendant kept giving me strange compliments, commenting on my body and then tried to kiss me through the window. Description hazel eyed younger Indian man. This behavior was completely disgusting and uncalled for.

Went to get gas for $ 30.27 pressed for receipt did not get one. I had two small kids in the car and just did not want to go inside to get one. About two hours later I looked at my bank account and found another charge for $ 31.33 for the same gas I purchased earlier. I tried calling and to my surprise the number listed [protected] is no longer in service. So I looked for an email address and again nothing. I packed up the kids drove to the gas station and was told to come back when the manager is available. Came back the next morning with a printout from the bank the proof l needed to show that I was charged doubled. I was told to talk to my bank. It seems I have nothing but time to run around trying to get my money back. I'm pretty sure it's a scam after all what gas station does not have a working phone or an internet account. What surprised me however is the fact that the gas station is Exxon. The address for the Exxon gas station is 401 South Danville Street Willis Texas 77378. The transaction for my gas purchase occurred on Friday the 14th 2020 around 11:30 in the morning.

On 7/14/22 I visited the Goucher Exxon located at 888 Goucher Blvd. inTowson, Md. 21204. Ifirst pulled up to pump 10 and inserted my Discover. After a few minutes the pump screen printed "transaction cancelled' So I removed my card and started over with the same result. I repeated this action 4 times and then went inside to see the attendant. I told him the scenario and his response was "Pump10" which indicted to me he was aware of the issue so why was the pump not marked "out of order" to prevent other customers from the same experience I had. The attendant asked how much gas I wanted $50 ? $25 ? . I saidI wanted to fill it and I don't know how much it would take. I then moved to Pump 18 and all seemed normal until my tank had been filled with 0.834 gallons and the pump stopped. No matter what I did the pump would not restart. Soooooooo I moved to pump12 and my tank was finally filled with 5.865 gallons.

Is this any way to operate a gas station with malfunctioning tanks that are not labeled "OUT OF ORDER "

On 7/3/2022 at 2:41 PM I filled my tank at the outside pump and entered the station to pay with an Exon Mobile $50 gift card issues by a rewards program through my credit union. The clerk on duty said they were unable to see my front license plate. I indicated that there is no front license plate on Arizona autos. The clerk became irate and stated that they refused my request to use the card. I then indicated that it was a national gift card and should be honored. The clerk then told me to "I dislike your attitude and asked me to leave the store" — since I had already filled the tank I assumed that simply leaving was not an acceptable option. So I gave it back to him and he then somehow decided it was indeed valid. He then charged the $39.25 on the card. I am complaining because as an African American I felt there was a bias about my having a $50 gift card. I am concerned that the staff at that site location, or this staff on duty, may need some education. The store site # 4728751. You could clearly see that there was NO LICENSE PLATE on the front of our rental vehicle so it seemed a rather "made up" reason to try and reject my use of the card. Tired of these biased assumptions about my status because of my race. I will also be lodging a complain with my credit union — they may want to rethink using Exxon card rewards.

This Gas station has went down in quality till the point I refuse to purchase gas from them. They were a decent clean friendly gas station it first opened. Over the years it has went down to the point where I refuse to purchase gas from them in the future. None of the pumps had paper for receipts for the last year. Now they do not have any pay at pump machines that work. When I ask when they will be repaired, "oh next week". That is not happened in the last six months. It is a gas station at the lake and charges more for gas than other Exxon locations miles away. The workers have body odor and I wouldn't eat anything from that store, even prepackaged items. It is sad there are only a few gas stations in the area and charge more but I am ok with that. NOT happy with going in and not getting reward points and not even sure about them running my credit card. I would love to see a large travel center with multiple pumps for boat trailers. Store 4742201 is giving Exxonmobil a bad reputation.

The gas station on the corner of Broadway and 12th Avenue in Nashville Tennessee on a Friday and Saturday is ridiculous! People are trying to get into get gas or go into the station and they can’t! Tell them the LEAVE! I’m calling the mayor and governor’s office to let them know about this! I have pictures!

I have 2 exxon mobil gift cards and am unable to check the balance on the cards. I go to the website, it asks me for a PIN number. There is not PIN number on the card. I know the card number is correct as I am holding it in my hand and I do not see a PIN. I call the number on the back of the card [protected]. The auto message asks for the card number and a PIN number. There is no PIN number on the card. The auto message says if there is no PIN number, to take the card to the nearest location to get the card balance.

The nearest location can't give me the account balance - they just want to know who much to take off the card for gas.

This is ridiculous.

I want to know my card balance.

Darn near all of the pumps displays are unreadable burned out. If you do find one it won't accept your rewards or credit cards. The place itself is downright filthy trash everywhere.

On May 11, 2022 at an Exxon service station labeled "Lightfoot Pit Stop" in Williamsburg, Va. I stopped for gas at 11:56 a.m., used restroom and while looking at news items on my new Samsung cell phone a voice along with a music background came out of the phone promoting Exxon products and mixing in news items. This went on for a minute or more as I frantically tried to stop it. All to no avail and could not locate the source on my phone. It only ended when I turned the phone completely off.

Spoke to store manager and she said she was unaware of this Exxon promotion. She asked one of her staff and they also knew nothing.

Contacted Exxon customer support today, May 12, and the Exxon representative heard my complaint and urged me to take my phone to a phone shop for repair and a virus check. Sorry, but I don't believe there is anything wrong with my "new" phone, specifically since this issue took place in an Exxon business and the voice from my phone was promoting Exxon products. I would appreciate a response since I am dedicated to finding out what happened and to help others who might use an Exxon service station.

OK so I was released on parole Oct 8 and I got a job at the Exxon In Teague Tx well during the time I was put on a lot medication in order to help with PTSD I got from Prison anyways I worked real hard for these people well he cut my hours out of no where I asked for more never give me any well he finally did cuz no one could come in well I don't sleep well during the days and I had worked that whole night before then that morning then that night again all night I tried not to take my meds bc I didnt want to get sleepy well I had bad anxiety so I had to anyway I was fired cuz he said I was on drugs JUSTIN THAT IS first of all I'm on parole I have not failed one drug test for parole and another thing There's a lady Named Delonda that comes to work drunk as hell everyday literally comes in buys a thirty pack drinks it and comes in smashed and talks to customers like trash! One more thing I didnt even get paid in my last pay check for even half my hours no joke and I've told Justin over and over and he said he would look into it well I can prove it! They are really rude there and one more employee use to leave me in there working with a line out the door while she smoked bluntd with her husband in the parking lot! This aint fair I told him to drug test me n he didnt!

Hi this morning 22/04/2022 at Mobil Coolongolook, 21 bengal St, Coolongolook NSW 2423 ABN4958790312 at 06.41 AM we stoped to get fuel pump 4 E10 $23.66

We used the toilet facilities the male toilet was unclean, toilet paper strewn around and generally unclean. One of the uranyls was clearly blocked. I went to complain and my wife walked in on another lady in the (disabled ladies - only ladies toilet in facility) exposing this poor elderly lady to everyone. Very embarrassing for everyone. The door was unlockable so I stood guard for my wife so no one could embarrass her as she had done to the other elderly lady. The ladies toilet was in an even worse state then the males with poo everywhere toilet paper everywhere and NO water to wash the soap of my wife’s hands.

When we went to complain their were two staff members behind the service desk. One a male looked blankly at us and asked the female staff member had she checked the restroom yet, her response was short at best rude by my standard’s no not yet. There was NO apology, NO thanks well will get right onto fixing that, NO acknowledgement whatsoever there was issues other then the blocked uranyl. My wife had to ask 3 times for some assistance in washing the soap off her hands. Only to be begrudgingly given som hand sanitizer When we voiced our disgust at there POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We were ignored and only received a blank stare from the male staff member.

To say we will avoid ALL Mobil service centres in the future unless there are no other options is a given.

We will at every opportunity share this most unacceptable experience with all our friends and relatives.

Your employees are doing nothing to stop junkies from shooting up in the parking lot. There is syringes all over the parking lots.

These junkies are also harassing customers.

I was in there the other day and I was walking up to the door, they started harassing me about wanting money.

I’m a 68 years old woman. I feel it is unsafe to go to that gas station.

Please do something about this.

Unreal, out of no where just closed the account because was late for payments in the past 🙄They must be hurting got two payments before they were due and in these times ppl are hurting . Told customer “review” person thanks I’ll be spreading the word on your lousy way Exxon does business. They really are greedy. Absolutely no interest in ppl struggling to pay their bills. Just as happy not to have their credit card and their shift business practices as I can see on here .. I’m not alone. I have issues at the pump as well with attendants not understanding the difference between $10:00 worth of gas and Fill it up. Tried to charge me for a fill when I didn’t ask for it and did this on 3 separate occasions. Glad they cancelled my card in retrospect it’s probably for the better! We’re all going Electric anyway!

I recently made several visits to your Exxon mobile station located at 6851 South Broadway Merrillville Indiana

Each visit I have used pop number one and never received a receipt unless I go into the store and get from the attendant

I have expressed my concern about this to the attendant after each visit and receiving my receipt from inside the store

This is unacceptable to me that a customer cannot get a receipt at the gas pump and hast to go into the store wait in line and get a receipt

My name is Richard Wayne Buckner and I live at 19615 Bear Bayou Dr. in Channelview, Texas. There was a pipeline replaced that crossed under North Dr. and part of my property in early 2021. Part of my back fence was removed and never out up again. Part of it was put back up but put up wrong. During the process, the machinery caused damage to my property and some of my belongings inside the house. (This work was done right up against my back yard. I now have some water standing under a wood floor trailer and a large wood floor storage building in my yard every time it rains because the ground has been washed out by the pipeline work and it is going to rot out the flooring. Major equipment vibrations knocked down a lot of things inside my house and some items were damaged or destroyed. I also have an expired check thhat I was told by your rep that he would find out if I could still deposit or cash but no one has ever contacted me about it so I am still holding the check and now I can't contact anybody. I have a major problem and don't want to be forced to take any kind of legal action to get this taken care of. Please call me, in the afternoon, after 3:00PM so we can discuss it. I would rather talk to someone, here at my house, so they can see the problems first hand. This work and damage needs to be finished and taken care of.

I was having a problem at the pump using my ATM card. I went inside and ask the clerk why I could not use the card at the pump. He said he did not know, but that I could side it inside to get the fuel. I then asked him how was I to know how much it's going to take to fill my tank. HIS answer was (it was not his problem). I stepped back and said that's your answer, he responded that if I was going to be an [censored] to him he was going to be one to me. All I did was ask him a question. One that was not unreasonable. I'm not some kid out to have problems, I'm 60 your old man that can get my fuel anywhere. I would like to know if you can tell me if good customer service can still be found at station #1145.

The clerk's name was Frank.

I called several times ahead of time to orde two large pizzas from your company and it was no answer and I'm talking about six seven times okay then I next time I call I got a big business I'll call back for until I got up here to order the pizza the phone is still off the hook the girl didn't know what store number she worked at nor did she know the phone number up here so if that's the way y'all run your business I won't shop here ever again that's s***** s***** employees they need to be fired fired immediately and I'm fixing to make enough phone call to them to see if it's still is busy and we'll say cuz I'm pretty sure they know who I am now
