Exxon review: got sprayed with gasoline

I was at the above location the hose was old and worn out. It split and I got sprayed with fuel. My shoes and pants, etc are ruined. Thankfully it didn't get in my eyes. The manager won't offer me anything for my loss not even the cost of fuel that I got the pleasure of being dowsed in!
They lied to the State of Michigan and said the hose looked to be cut with razor. Total lie but they replaced the hose the very next morning before the inspector came by. I'm attaching a photo of the dry rot hose (I photographed it right after the incident). The fire marshal had to instruct the employee to shut of the still dropping hose. What's sad is they just had a massive fire at an adjacent pump (picture attached below). The manager said the reason the employee (working alone) hadn't shut it off was because he was new. Seriously who regulates these clowns? I've been an extremely loyal Mobil only customer for years. Who makes them keep up to date equipment in place? It's funny the owner kept the burned out pump because he's waiting on his insurance claim. But the hose is immediately replaced and disposed of before any state oversight can arrive. That's not a problem ?
I hate regulation but when you abuse the consumer and shirk your responsibilities to safely dispense flammable products you deserve to be over regulated. Too many small stations being run like a third world country. Hopefully they will be fined for all their deception and poor management style before they really hurt someone.
