Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers review: Replaced rear brakes, nicked my newly painted wheel

Took my car in to have back brakes replaced. I had new brakes put on on 6-9-23. They were completely covered in rust a week later. CJ, the mgr agreed to replace them. A week later I took my car in. When I went to pick my car up he said I owed $149.99 for labor. He never said a word to me about paying the labor. I never signed anything. I had just gotten my wheels painted gloss black by Jokers, and Express nicked my wheel in three places. The man who put my brakes on said the nicks were already there when I brought my car in. Not true. I took time stamped pictures before I brought my car in and I told him so. CJ, the mgr, told me to go get my wheel recoated and have the bill sent to them. I went to Jokers and they called Express to verify. The Dist mgr, Greg Wright, said he wasn't paying, because the nicks were already there. How would he know? He wasn't there! I have emailed Greg Wright three times and it was blocked. I have proof the nicks weren't there. They never even asked to see the time stamped pictures. I was treated so rudely and they tried to make me to be the liar. I felt belittled, taken advantage of and unvalued as a customer. I have reported my complaint to the corporate office.
